Resolution Roofing

Totally satisfied with them. They've replaced two roofs for me, the first in 2018. Professional, dependable, and reasonable.

I received 4 Vendor estimates for installing a new roof. All of them were professional and competitive. Resolution distinguished themselves in several ways. Their Estimator/Customer Representative Jaime walked the roof and provided an estimate on the spot, the only company to do so. He provided an informational packet explaining the process, materials to be used including samples, and warranty information. Though all offers were competitive, Resolution was the lowest-bidder. I’m very pleased with the finished product and the cleanup. Jaime performed an inspection of the completed work, and only them did he ask for remuneration. Highly recommend.

The initial meeting with Nathan was pleasant and informative. He was on time and very professional. He inspected the roof then afterwards came down and helped me read my insurance paperwork to get the most out of my claim. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and also the cleanliness of his crew. Nathan stopped by twice a day both days the work was being done just to make sure everything going well. I don't plan on needing another new roof anytime soon, but if I did I would definitely use resolution roofing again!

Jaime was very professional. He was one of three contractors who quoted us for the services we needed. His company provided the most competitive and comprehensive quote out of the lot. He was up front with his bid- and told us the items that he felt should be fixed immediately and items that were not as important in case we needed to make considerations based on the costs. His team was very professional and courteous during the work - and they were more than willing to add an additional item to their tasks last minute. Very satisfied with our services and would hire them again.
