We were referred to Steve and Clay from a mutual friend who had recently purchased a house in the Heights area using Steve. We are first time home buyers in the Heights area and had heard so many stories from friends of how their home buying process was so stressful and how the negotiation process could be a nightmare due to the competitive market. We can 100% say that our experience was the complete opposite and it is all thanks to the expertise and service from Clay and Steve. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were appreciative to how attentive both Steve and Clay were throughout the
entire process. They sought to understand what we wanted and made sure we understood and were comfortable
moving forward at each step of the process. Steve was also very helpful in stressing the timeline and clarifying when we needed to take immediate action versus when we had more time to complete something. During each step in the process, they were
able to give us multiple referrals and direct us to quality, helpful partners for title work, home inspection and a home loan. They updated us anytime we needed to take action or a step in the process was completed. Although we didn't need to reach out to them very often, they were always attentive and we received a detailed response from Steve or Clay within a few hours. We felt like they were there to support us from the first time we met with them until we had the keys
in our hand. Their attention to detail was impeccable.

Steve Ouellette and Bain McEldowney did an outstanding job selling my mother-in-law's home after she passed. They were the third realtor we interviewed before making a selection, and impressed us not only in the interview but, more importantly, as the showing, selling, and closing processes occurred. They were very accommodating of our schedule and needs, extremely professional, and good natured at all times. Steve was our primary point of contact. While the house sold very quickly, there were multiple offers with varying conditions, and Steve did a masterful job of keeping us informed continuously. He and Bain were always punctual for meetings, quickly responsive to emails and/or phone calls, and went above and beyond the call of duty by arranging for final clean-out of the house after the estate sale was completed. We would happily recommend Steve and Bain to anyone who's interested in selling or buying a home!

Steve Ouellette was wonderful. He really got to know us and our preferences so when he was helping us find a home, he was not just eager to sell us something. He wanted to help us find the right home that suited our personality and met our needs. It's very personalized.
