I called Reliant Glass to get an estimate for fixing a broken window. Not only did I get an estimate (which was exactly the price I was charged) but they were able to come out the same day! I was told that someone would be out after 3:00, but I would receive a call first. I didn't receive the call, but they did show up at about 3:30. The workers were professional and efficient and were done in about a half hour or so.

Ivan arrived on time and provided an estimate. Glass was ordered, but when the installer came out, he determined the glass was the wrong thickness. They re-ordered the glass and returned several days later to finish the job. Ivan's son was meticulous in his attention to detail.

The company is very professional. They have you text a photo in order to give you a preliminary estimate before sending out the workman. The work was done efficiently and it looks great.

Easy, breezy service. Owner Ivan came out same day of initial contact to assess damage and provided a competitive estimate. Replacement window took only 3 days to order. Installation took place within same week of initial assessment. It took only 5 minutes to remove broken window and install replacement window. Cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend and enlist services again.

Replaced the chipped glass piece with thorough professionalism! They're very reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding!

They were 2 1/2 hours late but worked quickly and safely to remove the mirrors as well as the clips. Lone Star Glass had estimated $550 for the job so I am glad I went with Reliant. In the future, I would recommend they give the customer a window of time during which they expect to come, rather than a specific time.

Ivan was on time to take measurements and give me an estimate. He promised that the replacement shower door will be ready in three days. My shower has clear gold frames. In two days he called and said that the the clear gold is discontinued and he can install a brushed chrome... 
The two young men who came to install the shower door were punctual, very courteous and professional and did a good job. 

I was very impressed by this company.   I wonder if they had accidentally underbid, but the work was done for half of some other quotes, and the owner's son was obviously very capable.  I would always recommend this firm.

This company was only one of two glass companies willing to come out to my Midtown loft on a weekend to replace a small single pane of glass on a street-facing window located on the 4th floor.  Other companies I contacted either would not book a weekend appointment or could not be bothered with a small job like this one.  In any event, the 2 young men made my appointment on time, were very polite and did a good job overall. I was a bit disappointed in that they didn't have the exact color of glass to match - all they had was a clear glass and my windows have a light grey tinted glass. I didn't know fact when I made the appointment and was not asked this question by the woman who booked the appointment.  I went ahead and had them use the clear glass and one can barely tell the difference at all - it is not noticable from the street at all as this was a 4th floor window. No big deal.  I was disappointed with the total cost of the job in that I spent $250.00 for 20 minutes of work and a piece of glass that measured about
8 1/2 inches by 15 inches in size.  Apparently, labor charges are higher when they work on a high floor level.  Not sure why that made a difference as I don't think the young man stepped out on the widow ledge when the installation was being done. In the end, however, I was pleased with the work, and as I mentioned, both young men were very easy to deal with and very polite.  I would use this company again, however I know next time to ask more questions during the appointment booking.

They were good.  He came when he said he would.  He took good measurements.  We had it custom made.  He did break the door when he was putting in the glass and he didn't tell me.

They did a great job on the window. I did have to call them to get my estimate and even emailed Angie's List to get what the cost would be. They came one day to give an estimate and then just told my dad they would be back tomorrow to fix it now that they knew what type of glass it was. The point of this that was the most concerning was there was a picture. Heck, I would have put in another pic if there was something more specific needed to identify the correct type of glass which was being replaced. Then it would have been only one trip.

These guys were a total life saver , my home got broken into . I called 23 other company's. and got numerous quotes from $465.00 -$240.00 and they all made my repair job sound so difficult. and had zero urgency about completing it after my home got broken into.
Then i found the Reliant guys . they showed up with in 30 min of calling them. took measurements gave me a price of $160.00 and were back in 24hrs to do the install. and did an amazing job knocked out rest of glass cleaned up after himself , swept. you name it. Ivan and his guys are the real deal, no BS. I will definitely refer them to family and friends .

Tried to contact by email which received no reply however after calling they were at my house in two hours, very satisfied with the work, fair prices, would you use again.

We called to get an estimate and it took all of 20 minutes. Ivan was very impressive with his skills. He was quick with the measurements and knew his stuff. He asked for a $300 deposit and then delivered and installed the door a week later. The two man team of young men did a great job and were very comical. You could tell they worked well together and took pride in their job. They did a fantistic job and were quick. We definately would recommend Ivan to anyone. Just a note, the contractor we got a quote from estimated twice as much for the same job.

The glass on our patio door was broken in the middle of Thursday after somebody tried to break into our house. Other contractors told me to wait for at least 2 or 3 days before they can finish on it. Ivan responded to our call very quicly, and installed the replacement glass in just a couple of hours. The price was reasonable. I would certainly use him again if this happens again in the future (hopefully not).

I went to their shop with the broken shelve, after making an appointment. They made the new one at once in 15 minutes. It was well executed and the price was very competitive.

I called Reliant Glass on Monday and was given a quote for much less than the first quote I received from another company I had called. They were able to come out that afternoon and remove the broken glass and replace with new glass with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. We were very satisfied with the price,the work and their promptness. I would definitely use this company again.
