When our pool heater started making terrible popcorn noises, as new pool owners we were very worried! Reflection came out quickly and took care of the problem with no difficulties. They were very professional and helpful and brought the parts with them so they did not have to do a second service call. I appreciated that they were able to access the pool without me needing to be there. No problems since, we appreciate their help very much!

I get them through my home warranty. I have had good luck with them. The technician took the time to explain to me what the problem was. It was really nice. They were very responsive in getting here in a timely manner.
