The young man doing the repair was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product. I am pretty good at keeping my appliances in working order and was cleaning the ice maker as described by the manufacturer diligently. Turns out there was a lot more to it than what I thought. The repair guy went through in detail with me what to look for and worked to clean and refresh the system even where he could have sold me a new part. I will definitely use Reed again if the need arises.
