When I need anything done [06:32] and putting in a new unit I always called them and they are very good and very reasonable I think cost wise. They're very dependable, they always show up and they tell you exactly what's wrong and when he's gonna come out to get it done.

Redmon installed the A/C and heating in our home when it was built 24 years ago, and have serviced it semi-annually ever since. They have also replaced some units over the years as needed. Randy never over charges us, and if we can make it work with a repair, he suggests that over new. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They were quick in installing the unit and their repair work was also quick. I called them out. They came out and did it. They were professional, friendly, and good to work with. They were here when they said they would be. I would use them again.

Heater wasn't putting out heat. They fixed it in minutes and didn't try to install unneeded parts. Best experience I've had with a repair in a long time.

They arrived 3 hours after being called & had it running in 15 minutes.  We plan to replace unit in the future & they will be on the bid list.

Chose company due to a neighbor's recommendation and other research. Family owned business and the son responded quickly with a proposal and schedule for the work. There was a slight change in the schedule but we were kept fully informed of changes on a timely basis. Once started, the work was done in a very efficient and professional manner and was completed more quickly than proposed. The house has never been as comfortable and the electric usage is lower. Very quiet system. Company followed up after installation to make sure we were happy with the system and answer any questions we might have.
