He is very good and thorough. He is good about educating us about different pests, how he controls them and the products he uses.

Everything went well. Mr. Ellis came on time and quickly got to work. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions as he worked around the house. He recommended that I remove the bird food I had in the atrium because this attracts bugs and rodents and I quickly got rid of the stuff. I explained that we had killed a baby mouse in the living room a couple of days before and were terrified of being in the living room, so he placed two glue boards in the living room. After a week I am suppose to dispose of the glue boards since they dry up and no longer work. He treated the bathrooms for silverfish. Mr. Ellis was very thorough with the chemical spraying, especially in the garage area.

We have had no problems with ants since he came out. He is always very courteous and listens to me. He reassured us that the treatment would not be harmful to the wildlife in the area. He put down some preventative bait under the sink to treat for roaches. He is always prompt, friendly, and has good rates.

Rick arrived shortly before he told me he would come and was very knowledgeable and personable. About 10 minutes after he sprayed a cockroach crawled out from under my dishwasher and died! I will definitely use Rick again for my extermination needs in the future.

We had used this company before because of termite inspection when we moved in. They are very fair and honest in dealing with the public. We would recommend them.

Rick is extremely thorough and professional. He used a liquid spray, aerosol or bait particles, as appropriate. He also treated the attic, the garage and the little apartment over the garage. We have never had such a thorough pest control treatment with any previous company.

I had called several companies and Ranger was the first one to call back...almost immediately. Rick made arrangements to come out to take care of the pesky pests - pretty much at my convenience. He arrived on time, did an inspection of the problem asking a lot of questions and set to work. He was very thorough, spraying inside and out, checking closets and under cabinets, the ceiling and ceiling fans, bathrooms and rugs. He was very careful about my pets. He advised me on ways to keep the flying pest problem from occurring again. He even treated the attic to keep bugs from making themselves at home there.

I have used Ranger for for 15 years, and have always been pleased. He's very competent, honest, and charges a fair price. I would never hesitate to call him, or to recommend him.

The exterminator answered my message quickly and followed up promptly with an estimate and application treatment. He was very reasonable with his prices and was able to explain the specific chemicals and the hazards they can cause if not applied properly. The treatment was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set and the exterminator was on time. He did a fantastic job and there hasn't been any sign of bugs.

RICK ELLIS IS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, REASONABLY PRICED AND USES EFFECTIVE NON-TOXIC MATERIALS. (NO NEED TO REMOVE OR QUARANTINE OUR PET, OR REMOVE DISHES FROM CUPBOARDS.) HE EVEN KEEPS TRACK OF WHAT HE DOES VISIT-TO-VISIT AND DOES NOT REPEAT PROCEDURES THAT ARE NOT NEEDED. THEREFORE, HE WILLINGLY SAVES US MONEY. (A DIFFERENCE OF $15-20 PER VISIT.) HE IS THOROUGH AND ANSWERS QUESTIONS. ALSO, CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR BELONGINGS, LIKE HARDWOOD FLOORS AND RUGS FOR EXAMPLE. FOR REFERENCE, OUR HOME IS THREE STORIES, 3 BEDROOMS, 3 1/2 BATHS, GARAGE, ATTIC, LIVING, DINING, AND KITCHEN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICK!
