RANGER AMERICAN

I called one of the well known companies from the list. The sales rep. came out and quoted a price that did not fit into our budget. The monthly monitoring fee was higher than I thought it should be, so I went back to the list and called Ranger American. I really liked my sales rep and I feel like we got good coverage and did not break the bank.

Ranger American pre-wired my townhome for security service, so I chose them to provide service. The set-up appointments were prompt and I have not had any other problems with them. My quarterly bill is automatically charged to my credit card. The ADT monitoring is fine.

I bought a new home and the builder uses them to do all the internet, sound system wiring, intercom systems and alarm system.

This repair job went on for several days. None of their technicians seemed to know what to do to fix it. One of them even said it wasn't the alarm system but an electrical failure somewhere else. We lost patience with the apathetic attitude, until a technician who knew what he was doing finally repaired it. In total it took almost one week, and four trips to our house to repair it. This was all part of our monthly payment, but because of the hassles, they have lost our business.

I haven't had any problems with the monitoring or the system in which they installed. The employee did an excellent job installing the system as well as he was very kind. I was really impressed with their pricing. I know that if I ever have any problems with the system I can call them and they will be out as soon as possible.

The men who came out were very professional, however the door sensors were installed incorrectly the first time, so they had to come back and re-install them properly. Otherwise they did a good job. They explained how the alarm system works and showed us how to use it. We've had no false alarms. Our home warranty covered the expense.

Their technician came to my house the day after I called them about connecting. The installation went well, and it was completed in an hour and a half. He was very nice, and explained everything to me, as well as showing me first hand. I learned how to deal with any problems, including false alarms, or changing my code, if I wanted. I feel safer with the system in place, and have not had any problems with it.

We are happy with Ranger Security Systems Company because they do a great job monitoring and they care about their customers. If anything happens they're right here on the spot. They make us feel safe and secure. We will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to others.

I have never had any problems. I like the company quite a lot, and they do a good job. I have referred them to a lot of people. When the alarm was getting installed and ready to go, the company was very prompt with explaining the service. I have been enjoying my system and plan on doing so for quite some time.

The technician returned my call right away and followed up with upgrading my security system. He was fairly reasonable with his prices for upgrading, and he was able to explain the operation of the system. The upgrade was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, and the technician showed up on time. After he upgraded the system, he showed us a demonstration and left us with our password. He was caring, considerate and he did a very good job.

Ranger American installed the alarm system in our home & we are pleased with the system. The service men did a good job when they were here & we have had no problems with the unit. The system works fine & we don t have any false alarms. If there are any problems in the future, we will call Ranger American to come out to service the system.

Ranger American did a real good job of installing my alarm system. I never experienced any false alarms. They also explained everything very clearly to me, which is always good. They didn't take to long to install it. They call and check up on it pretty regularly. They were very polite and professional.
