RAINSOFT WATER SOFTENER/FILTRATION SYSTEM

The install was very professional. I had some pressure issues with a faucet, but the installer returned to fix the problem.

The provider sold and installed a water conditioning system. He showed a high level of professionalism and courtesy. The office and salesman were also very polite and informative. The system operates as promised and is indeed a great investment to our family's health and well being. We acquired the system through Home Depot and were able to spread out the costs over a 24-month 0-APR payment plan.

They were prompt and on time.

Mr. Bruner, the reported manager of Rainsoft, promised to visit my ranch and give me proposal for water treatment on june 29, 2013. I drove all the way out there to meet him BUT THE IDIOT didnt call or show up. I called on him July 1, 2013 and read him the riot act! He admitted that he had no intention of driving out to our ranch but never told me. What a j******! Furthermore, the Rainsoft system was quoted to me as costing over $6000, whereas Culligan of Brenham did the installation for $2300. I am very satisfied with Culligan.
BEWARE OF RAINSOFT!!!!

THE SALES PERSON WAS TOO PUSHY. HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL WE BOUGHT ONE. WE TRIED TO SAY NO SEVERAL TIMES AND HE REFUSED TO LEAVE. WE HAD THREE DAYS TO CANCEL. BY THE TIME IT WAS INSTALLED AND SET UP, THE THREE DAYS WERE OVER AND OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL WAS EXPIRED.

THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED SEVERAL PARTS, SOME WERE JUST WORN AND OTHERS WERE DEFECTIVE AND WERE KNOWN TO BE FAULTY. THE PIPES HAD TO BE DRAINED FROM EVERY OUTLET. TECH WAS NICE and PROFESSIONAL, BUT SYSTEM TOO EXPENSIVE TO MAINTAIN AFTER WARRANTY EXPIRES.
