R & R Pool Plastering & Repair

I'll let y'all judge by the photos. I hired R&R to re-plaster my pool and upgrade the drains and replace the light and conduit. The work was done in a timely manner, and all seemed fine for a couple weeks. Then dark spots, light spots, footprints, etc. started showing up in the plaster. I contacted Mr. Palacios several time to get him to remedy the issue, but he would not even come and look at the problem. He gave me a two year warranty, which is apparently worthless.

They did real good and had it done in two days but now I see black streaks showing through. I don't think they put the white plaster on thick enough in a few places and I am waiting for Richardo Palacious to get back to me to see what he can do about it. I just had the work done in February.

Mr. Palacious started out really good. He promised a 1.5 week finish and it took him 1 month. He clearly was working on other jobs at the same time and did not return my calls. Part of the repair was the replacement of both skimmers which required pressure testing to ensure they did not leak water or air. Skimmers are connected via PVC to the pool pump. Several months after the job was completed the pool developed a air leak under the skimmer(I had it pressure tested) I informed Mr. Palacious of the issue and he has never called back.This was a big, expensive job and the least I expected was a quality job. He refuses to talk to me and clearly has no intention of repairing his sub standard work. Beware of R & R Pool Plasterers. The are a company of low integrity with an owner that does not back up his worse, even worse he does not care. I intend to sue R & R and Mr. Palacious and get a judgement that I intend to enforce. We use R and R Pool for all our pool needs. They come in every week, and check everything out. They replace all the filters as necessary, and maintain the proper pH balance. They check everything to make sure it's maintained, as they are a very high quality company.

The wall halfway down the inside of the pool needed some brick, and tile work. The company we hired did a great job. R&R Pool sent Roni out. She was very efficient, and knowledgeable in pool repair. The brick, and tile that was replaced matched perfectly to the rest of the pool. The work was great, and very reasonably priced.
