Upon arrival and inspection Ben sent me pictures of the accumulated dust that have gathered in my vents. He and his team did an excellent job in cleaning the entire system for my new tenant. Definitely will give them a call for the next cleaning service. Very professional and service was outstanding. Thanks Ben!

You get every bit of what you pay for. The last company I used basically cleaned the screen at the roof vent. Ben s technician put a brush the width of the vent pipes and got all of the lint loose and suctioned it out. It had been taking 2 complete 60 minute cycles to get towels dry and now they are dry in 50 minutes. They do a great job . You won t be disappointed.

It was much more expensive than I thought $199 and then $75 for disinfectant. The service guy was very nice and polite a real salesman ! He worked with my schedule

Arrived in the agreed window, and quickly identified how bad my dryer duct was, explained what needed to be done, and finished the work quickly and competently.

Missed first appointment entirely, 1 hour late for 2nd appointment the next day. Technition did excellent job of cleaning vent. He then wanted to charge $350 to fix a problem I corrected in 20 minutes and $10 worth of ducting. He was curteous and professional.

It ended up costing twice what I originally expected for my dryer vent cleaning.However, Ben let me know the reason for the amount and got my o.k. before doing the extra. It had been quite a while since it had been cleaned and it needed to be sanitized. Ben was very polite and explained the entire procedure to my satisfaction. Iwiil use them again.

The service personnel were from Texas Chimney and did not identify as Quick Air, and they were in a big rush to get finished and I had to get them to complete things that they should have done, and they charged me for additional things but did ask if I wanted them to paint the inside of my chimney fire box which was $99 added to the $169 already charged. Also the job took about a minute to clean the chimney and I am not really sure it was cleaned. They came without a vacuum cleaner and I had to let them use mine but said they would give me a credit which I did not see done. Also did not give me an invoice for which they said I would get by email so gave my email address and still have not received an email invoice from them. Appeared to be a shady operation to me!!! The company needs to be clear about their "sanitizing" add on and how much it costs in their ad. Charlie was very good. I would use them to clean all the ducts in my house.

I've used other dryer vent cleaning services and Quick Air was, by far, the very best. Charlie arrived on time, got right to it and the price was as quoted.

Quick Air Services did an excellent job. Called early and scheduled an afternoon appointment, Arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the vent and all the extra stuff from years of no cleaning service! My dryer is vented again! Thank you!!
