Do not use this company to install a generator. We had one installed in February this year, but we have had to constantly follow up with them about work that still needed to get done. They told us they would come out and upgrade our gas, but we had to constantly follow up with them as it took over two months for someone to actually come out and do the work. They never scheduled someone to come out and install a hard start on the AC (and never even mentioned it to us) to ensure the compressor doesn't blow out. We began asking them to send someone out to do the work they are supposed to do anyways in April. We constantly reached out to them asking when someone was going to come and eventually they scheduled someone to come out in June. This was only after they asked for the rest of the payment and we refused to pay until all the work had been completed. 3 days before their AC company came out, our AC compressor blew and we had to have another company come out and replace it (around $2200). The diagnosed problem? Well it was the generator that blew it out because it didn't have the part they were supposed to install in February. The AC company that they contract, Pure Air, informed us that Quality never reached out to schedule anything and they confirmed the reason the AC compressor blew out was because of the missing hard start. Now we've been trying to get in contact with them for almost 2 weeks but continue to get passed around from person to person with no answers and no communication. They constantly say "Oh well it's not my department, I will have so-and so reach out to you" and nobody ever does.

We signed a contract and put down a deposit on a 20k kohler generator in September of 2024. We were strung along for 9 months before they reached out 1 day before our installation date to cancel, stating they couldn’t communicate with our sales rep and canceled our install. We reached out to the sales rep who wanted more money if we were going to proceed. After some research come to find out this business has 53 complaints of the same behavior over the last 3 years with the Better Business Bureau therefore we decided not to move forward anymore. After asking for a refund on our deposit this company has completely ghosted us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a Generator and when I finally needed it, it broke on me during Beryl. Then I could not get them to come out and service my generator. Mind you I paid like a extra 10k for my maintenance plan smh. They apologized and came out and fixed it after Hurricane Beryl passed and power was restored. No its 2025 and I called to schedule a appointment for someone to come and check on my Generator before the freeze took place. Everything went good scheduling but...... WAIT FOR IT.... THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. Now the freeze starts tonight and its no time to check the generator any issues. Let me say it again I paid 10k for a maintenance package. . The reason they never came out was quote" I so sorry, our tech got held up on another job, you should have definitely been notified, I will have you reschedule Wednesday. Thank you - Jamie/ Quality Generators... " The freeze is over WEDNESDAY. I will be calling Generac and complaining about this company

Unless you're a White Hispanic or a Female I would warn you about attempting to work here. Black men DO NOT go to this company. You have been warned. Myself and two other black men just went through all types of ostracization and obvious disparate treatment under the hand of a woman named Monica who is the managing head of the company. She literally threatened me with violence and ended up firing me without giving a reason. She called a private meeting so she could brow beat me on working an area she didn't like, which was mainly minority owned homes, and when I got tired of hearing it I stood up to walk out of the meeting. She went on to ORDER me to sit down or as she put it "or you no longer work for Quality" Yet this same person moved a white hispanic male, with no management experience, who was hired the same day I was, into the management position of another black man she just fired. I have over 10 years of provable crew sales management experience and I was one appointment behind their top guy. I was literally one of the top two reps in the company. This place favors women and white hispanics and treats the black men like dogs that better be happy to be on a leash. You have to question yourself about a company that allows their workers to be treated like this. Is this what eQuality is? There are no black men in upper management and now they fired and/or ran off all the black men in their door to door dept. Do not work here!

Purchase hone generator. After waiting three months for the inventory generator to be installed, the install was incomplete. Quality did not schedule an upgrade of gas. After many, many calls over five weeks, they finally scheduled the gas meter upgrade. During those five weeks, I called on average 3 - 4 times per week asking for a manager to speak to. I NEVER RECEIVED a call from anyone. Only a brief "text" that we are working on it. It's now been six weeks, and they refuse to talk live. Also - after completing the original install, the work crews left garbage/trash near the workspace. I will not recommend doing business with Quality - mainly because they have no concept of how to treat customers. Refusing to talk live is not something I would have expected.
