I called PuroClean and they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I felt terrible that something as small as forgetting to turn off the bath water could do damage so quickly. I know their responsiveness and expertise made all the difference. It's unfortunate when things like this happen but I am more than happy to highly recommend them based on my experience.
