Pumps of Houston Inc

No show twice then late on the third attempt. I should have known better at that point. Technician replaced 2 floats and everything seemed to be working ok. 2 weeks later the pumps are not working so I called to have them come back to check their work and was told there was no warranty on labor. I will never use a company again that is not willing to stand behind their own work.

I am having standing water under my pier and beam home and didn't know where to start. Since the home was supposed to have a sump pump, I started out calling Pumps of Houston to evaluate the pump and give any advice. Dana in the service dept was very professional and nice. Roger and Anthony came out within 3 days to evaluate the situation. It turns out, that I did not have a sump pump after all! But, they were extremely professional, and helped me problem solve some reasons for why there might be water under the home. Both of them cared about the outcome - even though it wasn't a problem that they really service anyway (since there turned out to be no sump pump to repair). I was impressed by their professionalism and commitment to fixing a problem - even if it's not within their domain.
