They used top of the line paint, as it was Sherwin Williams paint with mold inhibitor. They hand brushed all the paint and did caulking around all the windows. They pressure washed the house before painting. They did not charge me until all the painting was done. They also did a great job of showing up on time and finishing the job in a timely manner.
