Sealant for Roof - Apply

I am DISAPPOINTED with the overall outcome because the employees that installed the vapor barrier in my attic did a great job. The employees that applied the "GO NANO" on our shingles were polite and professional as well, but whatever they did on my roof, I now have 3 skylights that need replacing. Neither of them leaked or were even cracked before they went on the roof. We've been here for 8 years and we haven't had 1 problem. Now, all three are SEVERELY CRACKED and two of the three now LEAK--BADLY. The response we were given was "the men walking around up there and because of the vibrations, the skylights must have already been cracked." I didn't believe that then, nor do I believe it now. I now have to catch water every time it rains and I didn't have to do that before PROPER ROOFING showed up. They provided me with a price to REPLACE all three skylights -of course, but why should I have to pay for anything that I'm not responsible for? Now I have to make payments every month

I was razzle dazzled by the show and tell of their salesperson. So when faced with signing NOW or pay a lot more , I signed without checking around. Stupid, I know. But I trusted the young man not to take advantage of a old woman on a limited income. I believe I was taken advantage of. I'm embarrassed to tell anyone how much I'm paying! And they applied their invisible product over some bird crap in the front of the house! I don't understand how the reviewers are so pleased unless they paid lot less than I'm paying!!!

They were easy to reach with questions during each project and checked on progress/completion and my satisfaction. The exterior projects both look great (waiting on our summer heat to see the results of the insulation)!

The installation was great. They were done in one day and the new roof looks fantastic. The radiant barrier installation was on a different day and they were very easy to deal with. I was working from home and I was able to work without interruption and the clean up was great.

This was my first roof I have replaced. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. These guys showed up early in the day just like they said they would. They were able to do my large roof in one day. I was worried that there was going to be a huge mess but they used these really cool nets that most of the debris fell into. They even used magnets to make sure they got all of the nails. My yard looks like they were never here! Now my new roof will last a very long time. Highly recommend these guys!
