I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability.

Amazing! My old bathroom was from the 90’s and definitely dated but they came in and turned it into a dream of the 21st century. Beautiful modern finishes with soft lighting and not to mention, finished on time! And the quote process was so harmless. Didn’t try to upsell me on everything I don’t need, just gave me options for exactly the work I wanted done, hassle free! 10/10 will be calling in the future!

The remodel went great. The new countertops were fit with expert precision and all cabinets close and align perfectly. New lighting was also installed so we can see our fabulous new kitchen

The team came into my house and got the project completed very quickly. I'm extremely happy with the results. The crew was very clean and polite :) My kitchen looks exactly how i dream.

The contractor delivered everything on time, under budget and with exceptional professionalism. Our bathrooms look amazing. I would hire them at any time again. I had some change orders along the way, and they did not even flinch. True professionals to the core.

Smooth process they even brought treats for my dog that is skittish. By the end not only did I have a beautiful bathroom, my dog had new friends. Will consider Pro Remodels again when I want to move forward with my kitchen.
