Jason was extremely helpful, very courteous, honest and he communicated with me regularly during the process. Since we ordered custom doors, it took awhile to get them but he kept me up to date on the status. His installers came out and installed them as well as replaced the seals around the door and added a new threshold. Went through Hurricane Harvey without any water infiltration into our home from our front doors even though the rain was blowing horizontally against the doors. Service was great and his prices very reasonable compared to others we researched. Would definitely use his services again!

Jason came out to give me an estimate on my over 30 year old house and was very honest and professional. His prices were competitive and his consistent follow up is why we decided to use him! The doors were installed approximately 6 weeks later and he kept me in the loop on the progress. They look so amazing and I stared at them for days! Thank you Primo Doors!
