They did a great job. They did everything they said they would.

I was approached by a roofer about replacing my roof. The salesperson knocked on my door and wanted to sell me a new roof. Mine was in need of a new roof so I listened to his speech. I agreed on a price and then scheduled a time for another person to come by and have me pick a roof grade. The roofers showed up on time, cleaned up well and was very professional and the price was good. About 4 years later, I had issues with leaking in my back room. I tried several times to contact the company. I had all my original paperwork and check stubs. I tried for months to contact them and when I finally did was told they would come out. Patricia was very polite on the phone and stated because of the weather issues in Houston, it would be a few weeks before someone could come out because they are very busy. I was fine with that and waited a month before calling back. I contacted them and left messages several times with no return call. After 3 months I had someone come out and was told the roof was installed incorrectly and because of the pitch on that part of my house should have been a Flat roof type of shingle. He made patches in the roof and was to get back to me. Two months later I began calling again and talked to several people and was told I would get a return call. I had to call again and finally talked to someone else and told him what was happening. He said he needed to talk with the guy who came out and made the temp repairs and would call me back. I didn't get a call after 2 weeks and today left another message.

These people are very polite and professional if you can get them on the phone and talking to the right person in charge to get things done. Im still waiting on a return call to get my roof fixed so I can make repairs to the sheetrock in the room from the original leak. Im not asking for any repairs to the inside but to just fix the roof that wasn't properly installed a few years ago which is about a 6X12 section.

My experience with them was very good. They did it in a timely manner. They were very professional and very courteous. I am happy to have them do it again. With regard to price, I think that they were pretty fair. I am not really familiar with roofing prices. With regard to responsiveness, I had to call them back. I did have a little leak, and he came out the next day. There were no problems. Their punctuality was great. They showed up when they said that they would be here. They did it in one day. I didn't really talk with the guys who actually did the job. I just said hi to them and I tried to stay out of their way. But the person who came and actually did the estimate for me was very nice and very professional. He did a fine job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends. They were fine.

Bobby was great--he helped me with my insurance company, met the appraiser, and kept the project moving despite my being very distracted with work and personal priorities. I really needed a roof, as mine had been badly damaged by a random hailstorm, so I am grateful for his tenacity. His crew was pleasant, and as Bobby assured me, although my yard looked like a disaster zone while the work was being done, the crew tidied everything up afterward.

very professional. Working with Glenn was very pleasant. He returned phone calls promptly, crew were very quick, cleaned up after themselves, came by after install to see if we were pleased with progress. Overall I was very pleased with the work.

We cannot say enough good things about Prime Roofing. We had a hail storm in our area in early January and Prime Roofing came out and offered to give us a free estimate. A representative from Prime Roofing came out and met with our insurance adjuster and they determined we had damage to our roof, gutter down spouts and flashing around our back windows because of the hail. Prime Roofing worked with our insurance company regarding the payment so it took the headache out of our hands. The crew arrived the day before the work was done to drop off all the supplies. They arrived the day of work at 7am and completed the roof replacement in one day. The yard was so clean you would never even know they were there! The next day, a different crew came out and replaced all our gutter downspouts and the flashing around our back windows. To our surprise, they also cleaned out all our gutters even though only the down spouts were replaced. That is truly the definition of going above and beyond the call of duty!

My husband's office building also had a roof leak. Since they did such a great job on our house, we had Prime Roofing replace the roof at his office. Once again, the crew did a fabulous job. They cleaned up so thoroughly that you would never even know they had been there!

Needless to say, we were very impressed with Prime Roofing and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

The entire job took about two days to complete. We didn't work with the actual company, we did all of the negotiating through a claims manager. I think that they did a good job. I have been pleased with the work.
