Prime Painting Services

Elias Viezca, the owner of Prime Painting Services is the most incredible contractor we have ever worked with.  He began by showing up for the estimate on time and had an estimate within 24 hours.  His crew took care to cover all flooring and to wear booties upon entering the house.  We had to go through a few different paint samples which Elias gladly provided without adding costs to the project.  He painted a cabinet area that was not covered on the estimate at no extra charge and even went to a specialty hardware store to buy handles and knobs for drawers and cabinets after we decided to change them.
Our estimate included trim work which is all oil based.  Unlike previous painters, Elias did not simply put another coat on the door, he fully stripped it because the paint from the previous painter was peeling. In other trim areas, his team took time to complete sand and clean surfaces before painting them.  One room required 6 coats of paint.
The Prime Painting Services estimate was a little more than the competing bid we received, but we ended up getting much more for our money than we would have received from the other contractor.  Every detail is covered to the finest degree.
Overall, I cannot recommend Prime Painting Services highly enough.  They are the best.
