Primary pools have done a fantastic job servicing my pool on a weekly basis. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of pool maintenance and repair. Staff is reliable and professional.

Primary Pools and Service has been an outstanding example of professionalism. Every interaction him and his company has shown they are dedicated to customer service and quality. When hiring a general maintance professional the hope is that they will take on the same level of care as would an owner. I feel that with this company. As an example, the curcuit board on my salt water cell control panel malfunctioned. They called the manufacturer on my behalf and discovered it was no longer under warranty, but suggested I investigate whether it was covered under our home warranty. It was and when the home warranty pool company failed to resolve the problem on their own, they followed up and helped them work through the issues. Primary Pools took the initiative to fix the problem and put as little of the burden on me as possible. In the one year that I have had my home with a pool I've had two other service providers that didn't take their role seriously enough. Quality and professionalism matter to me, and I have and will continue to recommend Primary Pools.
