I took him in told them he couldn’t drink water he would just go to water and stand with his nose in a little ...the did 700 dollars worth of test told be he was dehydrated and had maybe had stomach problems..theyGave me two options one was leave him overnight so they can have an IV in him and get him hydrated phrased it would’ve been $800 a night or they can give him some stuff that would go under his skin and it would hydrate him and I could take him home and give him medicine they gave me four things of medicine... I took him home and we discovered that he could not even drink water he was paralyzed on his upper half pretty sure he had a stroke the night before and all the test they did they did not even know that he died a few hours later..Prestonwood has not called to check on him or sent me any kind of card or anything I had been told to call them in 24 hours because they wanted urine from him I told them when I called that he had passed away so they knew he passed away and nobody called for condolences or anything was a horrible experience I don’t mind spending money on my pets I’m not complaining about the money I’m complaining about the fact they didn’t even know he was paralyzed...

There price is reasonable. They are very caring and you can always see the same vet instead of seeing a different one each time. We also board there and he will treat them for my needs while they stay.

I will continue to use them.

We had two dogs in there. The one dog I was worried about was fine. The things that I thought was highly unusual and just wonderful was they asked me if I wanted a paw print. I paid $20 extra for it. When I got it, it came from the crematorium that the dog went to. It had another bag inside with little black paw prints on it. Inside, it had sympathy cards for your pets. They addressed it personally. They put a poem letter type thing that was really comforting. It was really great. It made me feel better. We heard them through word of mouth. You don't wait long.

The boarding facility for cats is roomy, well-lighted and spotlessly clean. There is also a separate glassed-in area within view of the lobby. Cats are given turns in this room for play and exercise. Though Prestonwood Animal Clinic is our cat's regular vet, this was our first time boarding her. We felt very confident that she would be well-treated. We called the office once while we were away to check on her, and the boarding staff happily gave us an update on how she was doing. We would have no hesitation boarding our cat here again.

My cat was in a cat fight and had some pretty bad injuries, one included a cyst that developed as a result of a claw from the other cat being left behind inside of the skin of my cat that we couldn't see.  My cat can be hard to handle, so this wasn't an easy task, but they made him feel comfortable, removed the claw, looked him over for other injuries, gave him an antibiotic shot and a shot for pain.  They saw me as soon as I arrived, didn't have to wait at all.  It was raining the day we took him in, and the Tech even helped me after the appointment by carrying him out to my car for me (in the rain)!  We've been using Prestonwood Animal Clinic for our Animals for a long while now, and the the service we receive is always top notch!

I saw Dr. Klett. She listened and it was fine. She goes to my concern and responded.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my visit with this vet was.  The facilities were clean, the staff was nice, and the vet we saw, Dr. Taylor, was wonderful, caring, thoughtful and thorough.  
We called for an appointment on 7/30, and they got us in for an appointment the next day, 7/31.  I let them know that I found them on Angie's List and planned on using the coupon they offered on the Angie's List site.  I told them I'd just adopted my cat two weeks ago, I believed it was around 9 months old, and it might have a small eye infection or ear infection, but I wasn't sure.  
The woman who answered the phone was very polite, but after I told her I was concerned about my cat having a little infection, she put me on hold, then came back on and said that the coupon offered on Angie's List was only for a "wellness checkup" and that the coupon wouldn't be applicable and the visit would be at least $48.  I said, "Well, your coupon doesn't specify anything like that.  It just says exams for first time customers are free."  She put me back on hold, came back on and said they waived the fee and would see me at my appointment the next day.  I thought that was a little strange, but they did the right thing and honored their coupon.
We got the cat there five minutes before the appointment.  We sat in the waiting room for about five minutes, and then we were taken back to a treatment room where another very sweet female employee carefully weighed the cat and checked a few things.  She also swabbed the cat's ears and then she informed us the vet would be in in a few minutes.  
Just as she promised, the vet walked in with an assistant and his laptop and he greeted my mother and me with a handshake.  He was so sweet with the cat, and gentle.  He really took his time examining Lila.  He was very friendly and informative, my mom and I learned a few things about cats we didn't know before.
After about a half hour visit, we were packed and on our way with some drops for the cat's ears.  The costs were to cover the testing of the cat's ear swab for infection and for the ear drops, which I thought was fair.  I was VERY impressed and pleased with this vet's office, and I will return in the future.

Vet answered all questions patiently, offered additional advice, and charged an extremely fair price on both visits. Vastly prefer this Vet to the last 3 we have used. No contest.

It was a fabulous experience.  The facility is clean, bright, and smells nice.  We were almost immediately brought to a room, and our wait there was only about 10 minutes before the vet came in.  Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable.  We saw Dr Ramanbacher, who was sweet and friendly with me, my puppy,  and my 3 year old.  I absolutely recommend a visit to this practice.

I have a blind 15 year old PUG named "Happy" with arthritis. His eyes cannot tear and were bleeding. He could not get around much because of the stiffness in his  joints.  I felt it was "His Time" and was prepared for the worst.  Dr. Taylor  took the time to get to know me and my pet. After we visited he offered to treat his stiffness and dry eyes to see if there might be some improvement.  I saw immediate benefits from the prescription and his eyes no longer bleed.  Dr. Taylor did not try to talk me into multiple expensive tests and took a 'common sense" approach to my situation. I know in many cases, with a younger pet, tests are necessary, but I appreciated his caring for my pet in a sensible manner.  I don't know how much longer he might live, but when he goes, I will start at Prestonwood Animal Clinic with my next pet.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vet! They are all super nice, incredibly professional, and very knowledgeable! The entire staff is pleasant and take time to answer any and all questions that I may have about my "kids." After having a HORRID experience at another vet, I came here and I wished I had done it sooner. Their new building is clean, bright, well kept and easy to get to when needed. The staff is pleasant and incredibly professional. We plan on moving to Humble in the summer but I will continue to bring our "kids" here because it's a great place!

Whats not to love ! A great Vet in the neighborhood !

There aren't enough kind words to describe the care and professionalism of Dr Taylor, Dr. Morales and Dr. Cain and the team at Prestonwood Animal Clinic. Everyone has a great attitude and they understand the needs of the pet 'parent' as well as the pet. Most visits are scheduled check-ups, but in this case there wasn?t time to call and I just walked in - and they quickly treated the wound and provided detailed instruction on follow-up care. Prestonwood Animal Clinic was highly recommended by our neighbors when we moved into the area in 1991 and has been the exclusive choice for treating our pets, ever since. BTW - Angies List needs to update the address to their new location at 13720 Schroeder Rd (very impressive).

Dr. Morales is the one that put my puppy to sleep. She was very kind, caring and understanding about me wanting to spend as much time with my puppy as I could.

We have Preston Wood Vet do all the health care for our dog. We take her there to have her booster shots. They also de-worm our dog. They must be pretty good because our dog is 15 years old, and still going strong.

I am very pleased with everything. Prestonwood is very loving, and caring towards the animals. As they are giving my dog his shots, they explain everything in detail as to what it is they are doing. In a case that my dog would happen to get sick, Prestonwood is very convenient, and easy to get to.

Prestonwood Animal Clinic gives shots to my dog when they need to be done. My dog also has allergy, and heart problems so they have recommended me to another clinic for surgery, and optical help since my dog also went blind. They also offer training in obedience for pets. I really trust them, and feel good about all that they do for my dog.

I am very pleased with Prestonwood. I actually made friends with one of the workers there, and we talk occasionally. The people are very nice, and they tend to comfort my dog before doing anything to him. The price varies but is very is competitive, it is around the same as everyone else.

I enjoy taking my cat to Prestonwood. They are very professional, and good to him. I have been with Prestonwood for twenty years. When I took my other cat there, he died because of an illness. I was very hurt, and I cried. The guy at Prestenwood put his arm around me, and told me everything would be okay. I feel really comfortable there.
