"When the Client and I spoke he requested a theme bed to be dismantled. I gave him an approximate timeframe of two hours. When we got to the Client’s home he was not there. We spoke and worked with his wife. She stated in addition to the bed being dismantled the room was to be decluttered as well. I explained to her that was not what her husband discussed. She was informed at that time to dismantle the bed and declutter the room would take approximately 4 hours. She agreed to the 4 hour prior to any work being done. After the bed was dismantled and the room was decluttered. The client’s wife reviewed the room and all saved items from the room that were placed on a table outside of the home as requested. There were no broken or damaged items and no scratch marks on the floor. As always, I went over the completed work with the client’s wife and she stated she was satisfied with the work."
