The pool company is by far the most incompetent group of people I have ever met. The owner and plumber were unable to locate the home drain so the company decided they would install inferior and high maintenance closed filter system, that was not agreed to. When the pool was not installed as promised the placement of the pool is not what was agreed upon (there is a huge cut out of the shallow end. They were awful at giving advice on slope, depth, seating and placement of features. They neglected to seal any of the sandstone that touches the water. The tiles around the pool are cracked and they refused to repair them. The adhesive from the tiles made large drip marks dow the side of the plaster, they never cleaned. When called for any issues they sent an elderly man out who had no idea what he was doing, all he did was say it was our issue jot thwres and his fee would be 400$. When I hired the pool service to maintain the pool, they neglected to even add chemicals or brush the pool. When asked when they would be cleaning the large inefficient filters they told us that would be an additional 500.00, on tip of our monthly 200.00. So far this has been the worst experience possible. We are so terribly upset legal measures are the next step for resolution of issues.
