We have used them for year. I take all my vehicles there. They are very honest with us.

I have used Poutous Auto Repairs, I'm not sure that I would be recommending them though. They were very, very high. They did stand behind their work. I have used them more than once, but like I said I don't know a mechanic in the area. And at this point I'm actually going back to using the the Ford Dealership. My thinking is they are the most expensive. They said they were triple A approved, that's why I ended up using them. They were very expensive. One time he had a difficulty and he ended up having my vehicle there for a week. There wasn't a timeliness to the repair. I wish he would have told me. They had a lot of rush jobs for kids that had come back from college for the week. The parents wanted all these vehicles attended to. I would have appreciated a heads up. Meanwhile I'm renting a car. I didn't get a good price on that. What they told me would happen didn't happen. It ended up being a very expensive repair. I used them June 25th 2012. I was most pleased with the most recent repair. It was a better experience than the other one was. He had to replace the structure of the wheel and he asked me if the vehicle had every been flooded out, which to my knowledge it never had. He did honor his work, it was still under warranty from a twelve month warranty that he does. The barings were like $3,000. Last time it was $493.01.

It was a terrible experience

They did his inspection and repaired a clicking noise in his car. They are great. They are honest about what needs to be done and what does not need done. I had a ten year old car that they kept in great shape. They will drive you to work and pick you up from work. They are great. I will use their service again.

They were prompt and efficient in their work. They are friendly and professional.

While the service overall went well, one of the burned-out bulbs on my car was misdiagnosed as a bulb, when it was really a socket. How do I know? After it failed again about a month later, took it to the dealer, who replaced the socket. To date, no problems.
I would go to this place again for simple issues regarding my vehicle, due to their friendly service and ability to fit me in on a short notice.

Because I have experience with this shop for many of my auto maintenance jobs and I have received honest and quality service I felt like I would get the same kind of service in their auto body repair department. After having the insurance adjuster out I called the shop to see when they could take the car and they told me to come in as soon as I was ready since they could get the parts the same day as it was dropped off. (I didn't want the car to be sitting in the shop waiting for parts.) I took the car the next day. While the car was in the shop I asked them to do an oil change and state inspection, as well. It was nice to be able to get everything taken care of in one shop. I have always found the employees to be courteous and nice. They helped me get my rental car and helped with my little kids while I moved car seats around. When my car was completed I was pleased with the repair job. Once again, I felt that I had received an honest and quality service.

I have gone to Poutous Auto Repair for 32 years. They are honest, competent and dependable. I would recommend them to friends.

They are good. They are right across my street. They provide a good service and their price is good. The quality of work was good as I did not have to take my car back to them. It took the amount of time they had told me it would take.

Called for appointment. Took car in at 3:00 PM. Received call regarding the cost of the tail light replacement. Annual six point checkup done and car was ready before noon on the following day.

THE REPAIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. YOU CANNOT TELL THAT THE BUMPER IS A SALVAGE PART FROM ANOTHER BMW. THE PAINT JOB AROUND THE FOG LIGHTS WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. BUT, I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO GET AN UPDATE ON THE CAR. ALSO, MY CAR CAME BACK WITH SMUDGES ON THE FABRIC PANELING.
