We were really impressed on the quality of work and the results we got. True professionals, they explained the process along with prices all beforehand making them very trustworthy. We've rehired them on multiple occasions for our commercial properties because of great results and customer service.

The techs were through with the job, assisted with moving the furniture, and removed the stains in the carpet. The floors looked new and I was very pleased with their work.

John and his son's were a godsend during the Memorial Day Flood.  I was able to save my upholstered pieces by elevating them. I hired Portico to steam clean the furniture to ensure that any water that might have come in contact with the skirts was remediated. They used antimicrobial spray on the pieces to decontaminate for bacteria.  They were polite and hardworking.  The furniture looks great.  When our remediation company failed to bring a spider box from Alabama, John Portico was able to find a spider box and brought it to our home for them to plug their blowers into.  Portico was pitching in to help the entire neighborhood during the flood.  These are good guys who do good work!

Overall I was extremey satisfied and definately would recomenned Portico to my friends.
