The technician, Javier, was very helpful and professional. Due to arriving a little later than estimated, he did not charge visit fees. He also fixed a few more things that were not working well free-of-charge. I will call them again if needed.

I thought a capacitor had gone out after a rapid series of power outages. It turns out the compressor just needed time to reset. Regardless, they were friendly, professional, and informative. I'll be hiring them again for preventative maintenance in the future.
