Their price is a little high. The work is as good as any. Its the convenience, they take credit card, and they will do everything via email. They are just really really easy for me to work with.

They have been my regular lawn service for a couple of years now. I am still really happy with them. I'm able to have them just bill my credit card, no more hassle of leaving checks.

They zone in to my address and check to see what services needs to be done. Everything is done online with the monthly bill of 150.00 that I also pay that online every month. Everyone is easy to communicate with from this company.

We have been using them for a couple years. Overall it's a mediocre service for the price.
The work crew aims to be done as quickly as possible. They will toss anything to the side that is in their path; trash can, hoses - anything is tossed carelessly.
Until recently we thought the convenience of the service was worth it. Last week my husband was home from work early.
He heard to 2 men from the service talking in the back yard. He went to the window to look out and saw one of the workmen. He smiled at my husband. Then my husband looked for the second individual. He was squatting in our yard relieving himself. He was completely disgusted.
We called the service and cancelled. They were very apologetic and refunded the charge from that day.
After that experience we do not have any confidence in the professionalism of their work crews.

Having the expense of mowing billed to my credit card automatically is convenient. I think they charge a little too much.

When scheduled to come out, they have always been here. Communications with office have been excellent. Will continue with this company. Thank you, Angie's list for providing this referral.

Since they were doing my neighbors yard I hired them to do mine. Easy to call and set up regular bimonthly cut for 49.99. I have an extremely small yard. My neighbor with same size paid much less. They came every 2 weeks and took no more than 15-20 minutes. Used huge mower which left tracks of long grass all over yard. They didn't use the trimmer around all my fence so only a portion of the yard was done. If there were branches in the yard they didn't pick them up. They charged extra for bags for leaves. I finally gave up and found another service who does it all for$30. Checking with my neighbors, no one paid near what I was being charged. When I cancelled the service they did email me to ask why and I detailed my issues. No further communication or offer to rectify situation. The website did make it easy.

The overall experience was good. I would use this service again.

Never an issue. The most hassle free lawn experience I've ever had. They come on Wednesday, on Thursday I am automatically billed to the card on file. If I need to skip a week, I give a few days notice, no problem. If I need more intense work done, they have a landscaping company also. Also no hassle, also automatically billed.

We had a great experience with this company; however, the last time they mowed our lawn, I was at home sick. In the past, we had a different company whose employees stole peaches from our peach tree. This year, we had an ABUNDANCE of peaches, more than we've ever had before. So, my instinct told me to look out at the backyard while they were mowing. One of the employees was taking peaches off the tree right at that moment. I banged on the window, he smiled at me and nodded his head as if to say, "It's ok?" and I said, "NO!" Because of our previous experience with the other company, we do not like it when someone steals from us. Had they bothered to knock on the door and ask if they could have a couple, I would have said yes. However, taking without asking is stealing. We don't tolerate that, and we work hard at maintaining the fruit-bearing trees we have. Our garden is not ready yet, but had it been, I wonder if they would have picked vegetables for themselves, too.

They come regularly which is great. They show up on the day you're expecting them. They have a large enough crew that they aren't here very long which is kind of nice. Their vehicles are clearly marked so you can look out and see know who is running around in your yard. They've done fine with the work. My impression on the price might be out of line because I had had the same person working for me for 10 years so maybe he should have gone up and he didn't.

They were very responsive. I was able to schedule with them on line which was convenient. Their website was very user friendly.

Very easy and strait forward scheduling on the internet. Service is charged to my credit card. Always on time on the day selected. I and several of my friends have used this lawn mowing service for more than a year and all are very happy with the service.
