It went just fine. Their website needs some work, but the experience was a lot easier than dealing with traditional movers.

Driver took over 1.5 hours to unload and position POD. Driver left mats at my house and had to return to get them. Driver was not very friendly. Seemed to be very tired and irritable. Did not provide any paperwork for me to sign confirming receipt of POD or instructions, etc. Driver had no real information about the POD except there it is. Good product and very clever unloading and positioning equipment but the customer service side leaves much to be desired in this instance at least. Driver would not call dispatcher or office for information as well. Strange experience but I Love the POD and am using it well.

Everything went perfectly. They stored everything, were on time, and picked everything up on time. It was also relatively inexpensive compared to a UHAUL or mover.

It went well. The guy that came in that drop-off the storage and picked it up was great. He was helpful and nice and I have no complains.

I was worried about moving all our belongings through a container vs moving company, but the price difference was so great we decided to try it. Everything was easy to schedule and arrived and departed on time. I was amazed that we had no damages through the whole move, which is much better than what we had experienced with a moving company before. The packing and unpacking was a pain, but saved thousands so very much worth it. Their machine is amazing to watch and kept everything level. Even our wine arrived safely with no breaks! If you can handle the packing and unpacking of the pod yourself, I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. We were very happy with their help and would use them again if we ever needed it.

They were punctual in dropping off stotage contanier. Set a mutually convient time to pick up and drop off storage pod. Gave me time to unload and set another date and time to pick up. Price was very fair and service was excellent.

Initially, they were great to work with, but this company turned out to be not very good. They were not accommodating and I had so many of my things broken that it's unreal.

It went well. We would use them again.

The scheduling can be completed on-line or by phone, same with all questions about delivery, storage and pick-up. They assign an ID number and PIN which is used in all communications. I liked the convenience of packing the POD at my leisure and scheduling movers to move it from the POD into my new house. It was easy to change delivery and pick-up. The only downfall was trying to find information from Corporate about insuring the POD container (not contents) after it was delivered to my new house. Insurance is offered up front when the POD is rented. I tried several times to get a determination on this, but to no avail. However, customer service was again helpful in making notes for scheduling the delivery and pick-up to decrease the possibility of problems. PODS customer service was helpful and responsive to my needs. Not only did I save money and time, but it was very convenient. Would recommend this company for anyone having to store or move items.
