It went well. The work was done in two days. First, they prepared the application to the City of Bellaire Permit Department, and the Permit was approved. On the first day of work, they dug the ground. On the second day of work, they removed and replaced the line. They had to leave the ground open for the inspector to approve the work. They called and the work was approved on the same day. Done!

I had a bad stopper in my sink, and they came out. One person came out to complete the work. They left the area nice and clean. It took about an hour or an hour and a half. They showed us how to fix the problem if it happened again.

Fantastic as always. Gary is really good at what he does. He does it right the first time and cleans the work area so that he usually leaves it nicer than he found it. He is meticulous and can do anything! He has done many repairs and replacements over the past few years and has always been spot on. He even goes to the trouble of wearing 'booties' so he doesn't get the floor dirty. He never has to leave because he doesn't have what he needs so the work always goes smoothly and efficiently. He's a joy to talk to as well.

I set an appointment with Plumbco on December 23 between 9 and 9:30 a.m. They arrived at 9:10 a.m. which surprised me because I have never had someone give me a 30 minute window and actually arrive on time. My kitchen faucet needed what I thought was a minor repair, but it was over 30 years old and needed to be replaced. They were in and out in 30 minutes. On top of that, a few weeks later I received a handwritten thank you note with a gift certificate for $10.00 off my next service that had no expiration again. Impressive.

With a trip fee, the plumber came and looked at the problem. Told us the shower enclosure needed to be re-sealed, which was not in the scope of his work.

I bought the system and they installed it. They cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and explained everything clearly. There were no hidden charges. They put booty things on and all that.

They were not the cheapest, but it was about average for that kind of a job. They had several guys working for them. They had to dig underneath the house. They put everything back properly. It was pretty much the going rate. I got a couple of estimates.
