We bought the model home. After looking at this home multiple times since 2003, it finally went on the market. The homebuilder's representative we worked with is Torrey Wilkins. Torrey was very helpful - he went above and beyond what we could have ever asked for. Being that this was the current model home, there were a few challenges involved with the sale; completion of new model, construction to change the sales office back to a garage, landscaping, etc - this work done during bad weather as well as the holiday season. Torrey took good care of us and helped to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Although we've only been here a short while, we like the neighborhood, and love our house!
