They were timely and proceeded to do the work. A few hours later an invasion of ants of all types including fire ants neterdthe house in mass quantities. Some were dying but many were alive. I called Chip mentioned this and he agreed to send a technician out to re-treat the house. this time the ants invaded the kitchen in droves. I called him back and asked how he planned to fix a problem that did not exist prior to their engagement. He told me that ants were social animals and if the house was not clean they would come in looking for food, having never been to our house I could only consider this an insult. He proceed to them offer me to sell additional services of having the yard treated. I told him I would call him back. I called another company who treated the house. Ants are now gone.

"We are truly sorry [member name removed] was unhappy with our service. In our initial treatment, we were allowed very limited access to the interior of the house. Although we did as much interior treatment as allowed, plus a full perimeter treatment, the ants obviously invaded another area - one that was not treated initially. After [member name removed] called to say the problem was not resolved, we provided an additional follow-up service at no charge after numerous phone calls to the client to secure scheduling. An exterior yard treatment was recommended due to the fact that the type of ant were were initially asked to treat was not the type of ant the client was invaded by during our re-treatment. We felt a yard treatment would be the best solution to alleviate this new problem and merely recommended this solution. As all of our service is guaranteed, we would have been happy to come out again at no charge. We apologize that [member name removed] was unhappy with our service and would like to find out how we can best satisfy his needs. We were aware that his call came as a result of being an Angie's List member, and we really tried to make sure his experience with our firm was one of complete satisfaction. We are happy to work with him to ensure he is satisfied!"

Thought I had bedbugs. Chip was able to calm me down and inspected my house. Give me traps for my room and it turned out not to be bedbugs. Was very nice and followed up.

What stands out about them is their reliability and the work that they do keeps the pests away. The technicians are very professional and pleasant. They are timely and whenever they are not on time, they?ll call and let us know that. Their price is fair.

They are very prompt about showing up for spraying inside, and outside our home. We have them set up on a quarterly basis. If there is a problem in between visits, they will address it immediately. The company is licensed, and very professional at all times, and overall a very good company.

I HAVE HAD THIS SERVICE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. SO FAR AS POSSIBLE, THE SAME TECHNICIAN IS SENT EVERY MONTH. SERVICE IS ALWAYS POLITE AND SPECIAL PROBLEMS ARE ALWAYS ASKED ABOUT. I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE.
