PICTURES PLUS PRINTS & FRAMING

We met the company (Pictures Plus) through our own independent interior designer. We saw several pieces of art and picked the ones listed above. We were told that if we did not like the steel pieces, we should just tell them and we could return them. We realized we did not like the metal pieces right after the delivery and we told our interior designer so the company could pick them up again. It took the company months to come and pick them up. Now they are not returning our money because we kept the pieces for too long. They had been informed of our decision to not keep the pieces within a few days after the delivery. It was them, who did not want to pick them up. Now they have the pieces and our money. We also ordered some prints. One of them came very faded. We told our interior designer, who agreed with us. The interior designer instructed us that this could be fixed. He contacted the company and after several months they picked up the print and the metal pieces discussed above. Several months later the company tells us that the print is ready and that we owe them $425 for the fix plus the pick up and delivery charge. This comes as a great surprise to us who all along thought that this had been a mistake in the print. I do not think that I should pay for the $425 to fix the print, nor should I pay for the pick up and delivery costs. They also owe us the money for the pieces that were returned and are in their premises. We have tried to talk to them through our interior designer, but I am not getting any answers. I have tried contacting them directly and they hung up on us. I do not recommend anybody to do business with this company. By the way, our interior designer is Gil Warrick (832-265-5222).
