Prompt, thorough, courteous, and precise. Plus fairly priced. What more could you want? He also did a great job cleaning inside the piano and adjusting the pedals. I'd call him again for sure.

Really well

Our piano is old, beat up, and cheap but it works well for our young kids to learn on. The tuner was right on schedule. He took his time and made sure to examine everything. In the end, what was probably a moderately difficult piano to tune, or to get to stay tuned, sounds worlds better than it did before he worked on it. We'll call him again next time.

Rick is awesome. He scheduled my appt quickly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time using a service like Angie's list as I generally get referrals from people I know. I was so impressed with Rick and have found my piano tuner for life. If you are in need of this type service call Rick. I live a bit further out from the area he services so I agreed to pay an additional travel fee and he was still so reasonable. In fact he was so affordable that I felt like I should give him extra ...haha (I didn't though?)

Rick tuned the piano nicely, fixing a couple of quick problems along the way at no extra cost. He did a great job. Piano happily in tune and the only remaining mechanical issues are ones that would require a dedicated visit to fix (taking the mechanism off the front of the piano). Very pleasant, friendly and professional to deal with. I will certainly be using him again!

Did a good job of tuning piano at a reasonable price.

Rick arrived on time and knows exactly what he is doing.   Explained as he went along to my husband and not only repaired and tuned the piano but cleaned it thoroughly.   PROFESSIONAL high quality service.   I will use him as my piano tuner from now on.
