My dogs love Pet Paradise at JFK. The staff is great. We highly recommend this location.

The staff at this location are top notch! They take care of my sweet 130 lb little boy like he was their own. No matter who you talk to there, they know what he did, ate and enjoyed while staying at the facility. I can tell you that your dog will be well loved while you are away. Last trip, we were away for 9 days and if you know anything about German Shepherds, you know that they attach to one person and get high anxiety while they are apart from them. The staff gave him extra love and attention. This means the world to me and helps reduce my anxiety....a little. I still miss my boy.

Pet Paradise JFK is our go-to boarding spot for Bruce. Bruce looks forward to his visits there and comes home a very happy camper. He enjoys the attention he gets there along with the happy times with all the other dogs there. Pet Paradise is always responsive to calls when we check on Bruce and they shower him with a lot of love. We cannot think of any other boarding facility to use for Bruce.

Pet Paradise is the only place that I would board my dogs. They are great, and give EXCELLET service!

My 3 dogs were perfectly healthy when I picked them up. I boarded 3 dogs for 2 days. Other places I looked at didn't have Sunday pick up. I would have had to pay for extra night.

We love Pet Paradise and have trusted them with our two fur babies every time we go out of town. We have used them for two years and are always greeted with friendly staff who share a passion for animals.

The service was very good and I was always happy when I picked her up. They separate the big dogs from the small dogs but one time they put her among big dogs but I called them and they moved her. She felt much better. They were quick to do it.

We have taken our dogs here multiple times over the past few years and liked it until recently.  The last two stays here, I was not content and felt uneasy about this place.  Last time we picked up my dog and we went to take her outside and she passed out.  I ran to the lady at the front desk for help and asked if my dog had been acting strange.  She said she wasn't aware of anything.  My dog woke up right away thankfully.  I never received a courtesy call the next day to check on her, that would have been considerate.  We decided to take our dogs here again thinking our dog just got too excited and passed out on her own.  This last visit, when the lady brought out both my dogs, one of them started winning like he was hurt and she didn't have them under control at all.  We didn't get any input on how their stay was, we use to get report cards.  The whole next week one of my dogs was acting extremely depressed and would moan like he was in pain when he moved certain ways.  We continued to watch him all week and he eventually started acting back to normal.  I am not sure what happened while he was there but he was fine before we dropped him off and then was "off" the whole next week.  Overall I think the services and people working there have changed for the worse.  We will not be returning anymore.

We felt so comfortable leaving our two dogs with them. They were so kind and giving to our dogs. They each got a bath before we picked them up after 5 days, so they smelled fresh and clean. They both got doggie yogurt every day for a treat. They could swim in the pool, but they declined. And best of all, the dogs received an A+ report card. We will not hesitate to leave our dogs again with this company. They truly take care of your pets as though they were royalty!

We've been very pleased with Pet Paradise. They are a little expensive at $35.00 per day, but they take good care of our pets.

The individuals who work at Pet Paradise are very friendly and dependable. My pets seemed to enjoy their stay there, as they didn't even want to leave the resort when it was time to go home. When I leave my pets at the resort, I am confident that I am leaving them in good hands. Their prices are reasonable and their hours are flexible. I would highly recommend Pet Paradise!

They are really good. They provide excellent service and I would recommend them to anybody. They are convenient and are at a convenient location too. They are very helpful. They have a dog rescue too. They are always campaigning for funds or for donating food for them. They also have something periodicals where they send all of us dog shampoo. It's not all the time but it's fairly often. It is a great place. My sister recently moved down here and I have already got her going there too.
