They only charge $25 for regular mowing. I don’t know if that’s low because the pool takes up most of our back yard. Maybe not since it actually increases the edging and more detailed work.

Wendy answers the phone immedaitely, without using the business name, but that is the only thing that is less than professional. We were in a hurry because of a misunderstanding with another service and they came out the following day. My husband has no complaiints at all about the service and he is kind of picky. I had to call back the following week with some special instructions because we're having work done on our house - no communication problems at all. I am very happy that we found them through Angie's List.

I've had Perez Family Lawn Service doing the lawn at a rental house for a couple of months. They do a barely adequate job. The weed eating is less than adequate. It appears that they make a quick pass and move on. Several places are regularly missed.
They didn't mow/edge the yard last week due to the heavy rain. The problem is that they didn't follow up on the next dry day. They apparently intended to wait until the following week. So the lawn looks really bad and I expect to get a nasty-gram from the homeowners association. I have discontinued using Perez and have found another provider.

He was really good. I like that he speaks English and I can tell him what I need. He shows up on the day he promises and he does a good job. I still use him every week.

The grass looks great, and the trimming is excellent. Whenever a dead patch of grass surfaces, they replace it for me. I have the best looking yard in the neighborhood because of them..
