They tried to fix my computer that was hit by lightning and would not turn on. As it turns out the motherboard, so I bought a new one. Gary took the hard drive out of my old computer and put it in a new one for me and it was ready in two hours! I could not even get a big chain electronics store on the phone to check the warranty in over two hours! Gary answered his phone when I called, helped me right away and did it right the first time! AND! No extra fees that the big chain people give you. he gave me a price and when I picked up the desktop? It was the price he told me! And the price was competitive to the big chain electronics store.

They were very informative providing me with various options based on my intended use of the computer. They were agreeable to changes along the way and delivered the finished computer before they originally estimated. Very satisfied with Dexter and Emily who answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, and provided me with all the information I requested. I could have built it myself at a lower cost obtaining the parts on the internet, but I didn't have the knowledge to do everything and was okay with paying additional for their fantastic help.

I was given an approximate price for the 8 GB of RAM and a fixed price for the labor ($40). They advised me of the RAM I needed, which was less than I anticipated or had been told by others. They ordered the RAM which was a bit more expensive than anticipated. They called me as soon when it came in and installed it in less than an hour. Quite pleased with the overall service and experience.

Dexter did typical testing and then additional in-depth testing neither of which captured any specific situation. The System still didn't start everytime until Dexter decided to take a drastic step which, to date has made everything working fine. Increased memory as wll. Wonderful experience, keep me always apprised of the status and was very friendly and professional. Fantastic shop and seem to care about their customers.

Dexter was excellent. I took both desk tops to their shop. Dexter was very up front about the anticipated charges and called me with an updated quote once he had had analyzed each situation. When I came to pick up each computer, he booted each to show me exactly what he had done and confirmed that each situation had been completely resolved. I am retired and no longer have access to tech support at work. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Now with Dexter I feel that I have access to expert tech support when I need it.

The owner/manager Dexter, was very helpful & wonderful; and honest; and very upfront of what the charges could be; We have taken 2 laptops to PC Parts & Services for repairs before, & we are very satisfied with the service. I bought a projector to use for power point but the company did not supply the cable necessary to connect to my computer, it was designed to connect to a tv or a dvd player to project movies, i took my computer & the projector to PC Parts & Services, & Dexter identified what I needed, sold me the cable, and spent almost 1 hour to show me how to project a power point presentation, there was a minimal charge for his time but i was so greatful i would have paid him more!

Incredible! Have never been paid that much attention in buying a product. Gary, the owner, patiently went thru the features of my new computer at his shop. He even helped me over the phone when I didn't understand several of the features. He did this several times! Will use him for all my computer issues.

My wife and I took the CPU unit to the repair shop, checked it in. We were told what work was going to be done and the possible cuases of the problem. Three days later the CUP unit problem was fixed and working well. However hte new replacement power supply is a bit more audible.

I took my old and new PC's to their shop. Everything went well. We have been doing business with them for years. I only had one bad experience when a lady tech came to my house several years ago and really didn't know much about Outlook. She no longer works for them. As I told them then, I would rather hear 'I don't know' rather than someone who just try's to muck their way through it. The tech who worked on my PC this time and then came to my home knew his stuff! I'm 73 and a good user but am completely lost when thing don't work correctly.
