Richard was able to come the next morning after I called. He called that morning to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and personable. He was very willing to answer all my questions. I will call him if I have problems in the future, although he showed me several ways to prevent future problems.

He was very through and went thru all of our files to look for any viruses and outdated materials. He deleted stuff we didn't need, fixed a Microsoft issue, he is certified by Microsoft, and loaded some good free antivirus software. He took the time to answer any question I had. He was efficient and now our computer runs very well Would highly recommend him.

I called Richard today with a quick question regarding AnitVirus software. He answered my question promptly and pointed me in the right direction to get the download I needed.
I have used Richard for the last 10 years for my PC help when needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and works efficiently. He has helped me with my personal machines, desktops and laptops as well as business network and various machines there. He has also helped me father on many occasions with his PC woes.
I would recommend Richard very highly and he is very fair priced and dependable.

Very impressed with Richard. He was very professional. Worked quickly but not too fast. Was very organized, kept the trash all together, put all of our disks together. He answered all our questions and gave us some great tips. Very nice guy and will recommend him to all my friends and family.

He charged about $60 more than he quoted, and took a lot longer than was scheduled. He said he had a little trouble setting it up but did not explain the problem. He also removed the hard drive from my old computer. Have not had any trouble at all. Printer works perfectly, also fax, copier, scanner.

A guy named Richard came over and he was excellent. He had to go and get some other components that I don't remember. He installed Wi-Fi for my computer and it works really well what he has finished. The computer language doesn't come very naturally to me, and most of the time I have no idea what people discuss about it. I usually look around for a menu and he has been truly terrific about that. I will use them again in the future.

ot Richard's name from the list, called because he was close to my house. Came over that night! Fixed my problem with my laptop not recognizing my router, spent some time improving the speed of my antique desktop system, then recommended both a store and a salesperson to get a new hard drive.

Richard is quite simply "the best" at what he does. My wife praised his professionalism, his incredible knowledge, his skill, and his desire to make the computer fit her personal needs in the most efficient way possible. Most of all, he came to our home within one hour of her call to him.

It went really well. He is knowledgeable, listens to what you are saying and is patient. He does not show off, but explains everything well.

Great! He was right on time, pleasant and professional, and did not suggest expensive repairs, etc. I had considered getting a new laptop and he said my current one was perfectly fine and functional -- I appreciated the information and the lack of hype on the need to upgrade to a new laptop.

I can't imagine how Richard could have been more helpful. He explained every step he performed and often told me of any options. He was extremely efficient and courteous. Richard was very patient with all my questions and answered them to my satisfaction.

Richard downloaded a new driver that made the screen begin working again. Plus he also cleaned up my laptop (deleted a lot of software I didn't use after confirming with me that i didn't use it; changed my security software to improve response time; reconfigured my files to improve efficiency; updated software that I DO use). He had the laptop less than 48 hours. Plus he arranged to pick it up and drop it off at locations and times that were convenient for me as well as for him.

He was just great! I have already recommended him to four other people. He was not only helpful but very informative and he explained everything he was doing.

Total satisfaction. Richard is outstanding.

We were very pleased with the results. He worked efficiently and explained things well. It was a good move to have someone come to our house instead of taking the broken machine to a shop. We feel we got more bang for our buck.

I could never have gotten that refund on my own. He is a great guy, he is fast, he is polite and punctual - he's just an all around nice guy. I can't say enough nice things about him!

I followed Richard's advice. I now have better internet service at half the price.

Richard is amazing. He is responsive to his customers, works diligently, and offers a level of warranty on his work that is hard to find elsewhere. I trust him completely and have found that he always backs up his work.
