PAWVILLION

From the first phone call, to picking up my dogs, they were friendly, reassuring and very warm. You can tell there is a real family atmosphere in there and my dogs seemed to pick up on it too. Both my dogs are elderly and rescues with *major baggage* and in the past, when I have taken them to any dog services (bath, vetting, etc), they come home traumatized. They would be skittish and very whiny and not get near me until the memory fades. But this was totally different! Pawvillion assured me they were comfortable with my pets (who have a tendency to freak out a little). That helped a ton...but still I worried. Would Annie have a meltdown and be inconsolable? Would Sophie snap at them when they touched her sore hips? Not at all. I guess they were on their best behavior! I got a full report on their visit (very helpful!) and I picked up 2 dogs that were happy as clams...clean too. Since we have been home, they have been in great moods; playing like puppies, asking for hugs and pets, wagging their tails.Its safe to say they loved their visit! So not only did I pick up 2 pooches that looked 5 years younger, they are acting to too! We will be back on a regular basis to keep these guys at their best!
