It turned out quite well. He knew the area, and if he didn’t know anything about it, he would research that area to find out. He gave us different tools such as traffic, shopping and other tools to know what the area was like. He definitely made it an educational and enjoyable experience. One of his most positive traits was he likes to take the time to talk to the buyer as much as he could about the process. He would talk about what the agent and the buyer have to go through. He definitely does do follow up. He also help with tax information with the property which is a big bonus. I would refer him to others.
