The company was very prompt, came in and removed the items that were beyond repair and provided fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the walls and wood. Even though it took 2 days longer than the original estimate, my price did not change. They arrived daily to take moisture readings and adjust the fans. They worked around my schedule, were very courteous and on time. I would definitely use them again. It was one of the best and easiest experiences. I highly recommend them.

Within an hour after our water heater erupted in the attic, Paul Davis Company was in our house setting up their equipment.  They had been recommended to me by my insurance company.  Two men, very professional and courteous.  They explained what they were doing and why.  They carefully moved furniture and objects out of the way to minimize the damage.  The process took about 4 days and they removed pieces of equipment from my home each day as everything dried out to minimize the cost.  They worked with my insurance company and everything was handled through the claims department.  Since the cost for all repairs was below my homeowners deductible, my claim was closed and I paid  Paul Davis Company through an invoice they sent me, one month after their services.  No money upfront.  I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
