PATSY GAY

She would come about 8:30 in the morning and leave about 4:30 or 5:00. Some weeks she came, and some weeks she had a problem and could not come. Her husband was having some medical problems so I cut her some slack when she would cancel or reschedule. She actually came only about 3 or 4 times and then she just stopped coming without any hint that she was not going to come again. She did not call to let me know that she would not be back. To be honest, I thought her husband must of been very ill for her to not even call. She finally did call but it was a couple of months later and she said that she had stopped coming because of the gas prices. She asked if I would like for her to come back and I said no thank you. She took all day to get her work done, she wore unprofessional attire, and she put the mop in my kitchen sink to wash the mop out because she said it hurt her back to put it in bucket.

Patsy is always on time, and has excellent behavior while doing the cleaning. We talk a little, but she concentrates more on the job, than me. She will clean anything, and everything, and does a fantastic job of it. The kitchen is where she does her best work, and never complains about it. Her price is competitive in the market place, as well.
