PARTY BOY

Waited a long time to be assisted. Had to do downstairs to ask for someone to help upstairs as the items was behind the counter…. waited another 10 min for someone to arrive. Was told that the 4 tiaras I wanted to purchase were 1/2 price. Sign in store noted tiaras 1/2 price. Once I went to check out girl at register rang them up at 1/2 price but the female manager came by and said "these are new and are not 1/2" price". She was very rude and not accommodating even though at the back register it clearly noted the items on sale. The tiaras were 26.00 ea. which is twice the cost of what other stores offer. Prices at Party boy are double compared to other stores with the same items.
The store is really lacking in customer service. It today's market customer service is key and Party Boy is behind the eight ball. Customer Service should be the focus!!

They rent many more seasonal kinds of costumes if you actually wanted to rent an Easter bunny, and I think they do a pretty brief Santa business. They do costume rental, and they also do party stuffs too. By comparison, the quality of their stuff is not quite as good. It is just like a commercialized warehouse. Either you make your costumes or get it from internet sources. It is like the costumes you wear when you were kids but only for adults. They have a lot more of those kinds of costumes that are good but not quite as detailed or professional. They are cheaper. There is a big crowd in there. They tend to be more commercialized like lots of fake gloves; you can be a priest, a nun, a village people kind of costume shop, a construction worker or a policeman, the standard costumes. There are people there who know where their stuffs are, and they can help you find it. They just have a parking issue; you just kind of slug through the mud. It is a messy affair. They are as professional as they can be. They know their merchandise. They are willing to work with you whatever your goal is. They like what they do.

They are the biggest in the city. They have a pretty wide selection. The workers are courteous and helpful.

They are excellent. I go there at least once a year for something so that way I don't have to buy or make it myself and that kind of stuff. It is good for the Halloween or if I am invited for a theme party.
