Installer showed up so hung-over he couldn't exit his truck.  His helper who knew nothing about this type of repair tried to do it.  In one area they were to install a metal patch and then put the miracle material over it.  The guy did not put in the metal patch and had to do it over after I caught it.  We had a hurricane about a month later.  I had no damage whatever to my shingled roof, but the metal roof patch failed.  Mr. Keathley would not return my calls.  When I sent him a certified letter out of desperation he called screaming, outraged, and cursed me.  He would not stand behind his work.  He blamed the hurricane although I had absolutely no other damage to my home other than tree branches down.

They did a great job. Polite and very hard working in extreme heat.

Went well, No leaks

After Hurricane Ike, so many roofers came to town trying to scam us. We went through several of those but quickly figured out what they were up to. We also tried a local company that wanted half the fee up front. We checked around to find out that that was not a usual practice. So much was out of whack after the storm that we were very nervous about having our roof replaced. Insurance did not give us much after depreciation. I check with a friend who is the pastor at Clear Creek Community Church in League City. They said they used Richard Keathley who was a graduate of Clear Creek HS.
We called and Richard came right out. He was professional and caring. His was not only the best price but he has remained in touch to make sure that we have no problems. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a very small leak coming through a nail hole in the roof. A boot on the roof had to be replaced. Another roofer thought we needed a lead boot and would have charged us an extra $200 for this. The roofer at Paramount said that a lead boot was unnecessary and excessive and charged us what I thought to be a fair price for such a small fix. Other roofers wanted at least double the amount that Paramount charged us. They were prompt in responding to our request for a quote and in getting the job done.

I spent $700 on the work. They told me that I didn’t need to replace my roof. Another company had told me that the roof needs to be replaced and it would have cost me $10000. This company did the work in a timely manner and they did a very good job. The only problem I had with them was they used subcontractors instead of their own crew. The work was done at a reasonable cost. I felt they were honest in terms of what needed to be done. They were honest roofers. They replaced the pipes that came out of the roof. Mine were plastic while metal was required. I would recommend them. They were responsive and did what I had asked them to do. They watched over the work. They were careful about everything. I will use them again in the future.

The representative was on time and very professional. They were very busy due to the fact that there were a lot of people needing roofs fixed after Ike. The head of the crew was not very helpful, he seemed to have an attitude towards me but the job was done. They were fast and the roof looked fine. I did have to have them come back out fix leaks 2 times, therefore the "B" for quality, and they also repaired the drywall damage inside. The drywall crews were excellent and Paramount's got them out here to fix the leaks immediately. I guess my only concern was they used nail guns and I heard some people recommed that that should not be used for roofs. Overall the experience was excellent. Very professional company!

He was wonderful. Most of the roofing companies that we saw after the hurricane wanted to know how much we were getting from our insurance and then they would give us an estimate that what about the same. He did not ask how much we were getting, but he did an arms length agreement, which I thought was fair. He did a good job of cleaning up and I would use them again and also recommend them to others.

Everything went fine. Fair price. Prompt response. They delivered as promised.

We had our roof replaced by Paramount Roofing, and they did a good job. They came out, tore off the old roof, and replaced it with a new roof that was guaranteed for thirty years. The men were very efficient and had our roof replaced in about 2 days. We were impressed with the clean up, as they left nothing lying around. We had a minor problem when they were finished, something they forgot, and we called them. They came right out and fixed it for us.

ROOFING CREW WAS VERY TIMELY, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. SO FAR I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS.
