Everything Javier does, he does with care and expertise. I've never had anyone do work of this quality at our house. He is a talented carpenter and designer, incredibly hard worker, thoughtful and considerate, always punctual, and flexible, and his prices are fair. We appreciate his work very much, and we already have a list of projects for him in 2022!

Javier of Palladio's was excellent to work with on a job of extending our garage. He brings alot of experience and insight that others typically don't. I wanted our garage extension to look like it had always been there and he accomplished that with great effect. I would hire him again.

The quality of the work was solid. We really appreciate what Javier did. Communication is challenging, not because of language but because he is so busy. It will take several calls to make a connection, but he craftsmanship is great.

Living in a city that doesn’t require contractors to be incensed makes it EXTREMELY difficult to find someone who knows what they are doing and does it well. After moving to Houston I found this out the hard way as our home needed some TLC, I hired and fired least ten [so call carpenters] as this is not my profession (if I can do it better – there’s a problem), consequently I became a self taught handyman, I mean I couldn’t do worse than the people I hired and it cost me nothing. During one of my projects I just couldn’t get things the way I liked it so once again I needed to hire a contractor. Fortunately I found Palladio's, Javier did an excellent job and even gave me instruction on how to do the task should I once again have to try this project in the future. Palladio's is my carpenter of choice punctual, efficient, and reasonable priced.

Continuing with my condo remodel project, we called Javier back to remodel our shower. Javier and his team pulled out the old shower and rebuilt the space to fit a much larger shower pan than the old 70s prefab unit. They redid the plumbing and installed tiles around the three walls as well as put up a new backsplash around the sink. The results are spectacular! Will definitely be hiring again for subsequent projects.

Javier and his crew did a great job building lattice frames to fill the gaps in our pier and beam foundation. Our dogs are escape artists, but it's been three months and they have yet to get past Javier's handiwork

Javier and his team did incredible work at my condo! I had an old pre-fab bathtub/shower from the 70's that was desperately in need of updating. After calling Javier, he came over to my place to discuss what type of look we wanted for a new tub/shower. After discussion, he went to a local plumbing store and found us the exact bathtub style that we were looking for but had not seen in the big box stores. We then picked out the tile and shower head etc, and Javier did the installation. He subcontracted out the plumbing job to a very skilled plumber who removed some of the old corroded pipes leading to the bathtub and replaced with updated plumbing materials. The finished bathtub/shower looks spectacular! He also installed a new solid-core bathroom door to replace our old hollow-core door and installed modern looking wooden trim around the door and the walls of the bathroom to complete to remodel. In addition to the bathroom work, the team removed our old front entrance door/security gate and installed a new front door. The new door looks and works great!

The service was excellent, Javier Juarez was very meticulous, he clean up after himself and did the job very nice.

After getting new floors installed throughout the downstairs of my condo, I realized that I would also need new baseboard and door trim as the old stuff was out-dated compared to the new floor. I called Javier and he came over two days later to discuss the project. Later that day, I ordered two new doors with frames for my food pantry closet and bathroom. Once the doors arrived a week later, Javier picked them up for me and started work. He installed new baseboards all around the house including bathroom and kitchen along with new trim around the doors to match the baseboards. In addition, he re-routed my internet router from the middle of the room to a closet so that the wires could be hidden. He also installed a new air filter grate. The results were amazing. I never imagined that my place would look as good as it does now. I will be hiring Javier for additional remodel projects in the future.

Mr. Juarez did a wonderful job, beyond our expectations. Actually did more than we asked, because he was determined to meet his own expectations of perfection. recommend him without any hesitation or caveats.

The work was tedious and required a methodical approach. Javier studied the instructions and put together the sheds piece by piece (and there were hundreds of pieces involved) in a timely manner. I would hire Javier again for future projects. I understand he is well versed in several disciplines.

Javier is a very conscientious and quite talented handyman. He has been our go-to contractor for all things home-repair since Hurricane Harvey, and we are already planning future projects that we can hire him for in the future. Javier has an eye for home improvement and perfectly restored our townhouse back to how it was prior to the storm. In the process, he also performed a few improvements that had been on our list for a couple of years, including the installation of a fantastic-looking custom-made security gate for the front door. Javier's also a very interesting person to get to know. We've enjoyed our conversations with him and feel very comfortable with having him be our preferred contractor going forward.

Javier and his crew have worked on my condo over the course of several months to remodel the kitchen, two full bathrooms, a half bathroom as well as paint the inside of the entire condo. We started with a full kitchen remodel. Javier was able to remove part of a wall to open up the kitchen to the living room as well widen the entrance to the kitchen. Rather than install completely new cabinets, he updated the existing cabinets by removing the old doors/hinges and installing new custom doors and well as rebuilding several drawers from scratch. Finally, he and his crew installed a new quartz countertop, sink, faucet, microwave and backsplash tiles. Next, he worked on my bathrooms, one at a time so that I was not inconvenienced. He installed new doors and drawers in the bathroom vanities, quartz countertops, sinks, faucets, backsplash, toilets, medicine cabinets, lights, mirrors, towel racks and new exhaust fans. He also installed new tile floors. I am saving the showers to be updated in 2019 and will be hiring him again to do this work. Finally, he installed new water connections and a washer/dryer combo unit in a closet as well as finished painting the entire place. I am extremely happy with the results and the prices were very fair. The great part about working with Javier is that he is flexible in achieving the look that you want and he is good at pointing you in the right direction if you are unsure about materials, colors, tile style, etc. He will also fix things in a timely manner if you have any issues with the work at all. Finally, he does not mind helping you with little things, such as fixing my concrete dinner table (that had chipped edges) or replacing the glass on my computer desk (which was broken during the move).

Vendor shows up 1st day to start job, then leaves for 3 hours? "I forgot my ladder." I should have known this was not going to work out, but let it go. Over the next 3 weeks, we would text + call to make sure we opened property to allow access for work, but he would not show up as promised. Left the job site without cleaning up properly, I had to remind crew to use a drop cloth on new patio that has recently been poured/stained. I had plenty of additional work to offer, but finally just asked him to leave.

We will definitely continue to use his services. His team was clean and thorough.

Javier was professional and was a great problem solver. He delivered a result I am very pleased with. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Went great. The joists in my ceiling had some odd spacing. Javier was precise in his measurements and adjusted the configuration to properly secure the shelf. Am very happy with his professionalism and results.

Javier can and did perform all work requested willingly and professionally. He is still on the job but so far has closed in walls where garage doors were, installed windows and doors, floated concrete floor, framed walls, had plumbing roughed in, electrical wired, and installed insulation. When he finishes the job it will be turn key ready. There have been some unforeseen issues along with last minute changes and in all cases Javier has worked with us to find good resolutions. He is on time and does a professional job. So glad we hired him and would highly recommend him.

They did meticulous work. Very conscientious and communicated with us when they had something come up . They did not rush to get the job completed. Results our house looks great. Would use Palladios Builders again.
