I hired Orkin over a year ago so do regular treatments, they say they will come back if you need them too but they never do, they call to set up an apt don't show up, when they come to your house don't ring the doorbell so they just do outside. I was frustrated the whole time I had them, I'm finally out of contract with them and trying to find someone new.

We live in a difficult area and I know it's challenging to control pests. However, they offer a service and come back and treat on a routine schedule, but the services don't seem to be effective. The technician was very kind and polite, the people in the office are also pleasant, when they answer the phone. I would not want to use them again. Please be skeptical if you use them!

They were really good. They were very helpful and I didn't need them to come back out because it wasn't an issue. They didn't charge me because it was a free assessment of service. They looked over the issues carefully and explained to me what possible things to look out for. They told me if I had those issues to call them back. They gave me peace of mind.

They were very thorough. This was the first time I was using them so there was a lot of paper work to do. They were very thorough in explaining exactly what they would do, when they would do and what to look out for. I got a discount, they gave me a mosquito plan and took $50 off of that so I only paid $25 for that. Then, the regular first trip is supposed to be for $139 but I got it for $89. I think their prices are reasonable because I have had other services before. For the level of service they give I think they are pretty reasonable. The quality of their service is excellent and they were right in time.

They do a five-foot barrier around the house. Otherwise, we only do twelve inches. If we see anything between services, they will come out to redo the work. They have been very service-oriented and responsive to any of my questions.
