Fantastic! Kyle was able to look up my home on the internet and give me an estimate by phone. Within 48 hours a crew arrived at my home and matched the paint and did a great, profession and very detailed paint job. I will definitely use again. The crew was professional friendly and took great care doing the job. Not one fingerprint on any of the windows. Very grateful and so happy I found this company for future assistance.

Outstanding job - couldn't ask for a more professional job. The had to be in the house to do the work and I felt completely comfortable leaving a key in a lock box (arranged by One Call) so they could have access to windows, etc. Working with Kyle, Gary, and Chris from the estimate process to the final walk through was great - they were very responsive to additional requests as the job progressed. The work done was outstanding from the painting to the window restoration and new French doors. The window restoration was done onsite and was excellent.

Poorly. They arrived late, quoted me 5-6 hours to do the job, and took a break 1.5 hours into the job. They told me they were taking a 30 minute break and didn’t return for over an hour and only after I called them to see what the holdup was. While at the house, they bickered with each other like two grumpy old men and consistently made obvious remarks to me about the drapes or windows that had nothing to do with what they were supposed to do which has hanging rods. Would never hire them again. I’d pay quadruple for better service.

"We were doing a drapery install and took a lunch break. During the break, one of our customers called with an emergency and we had to go and assist for about 45 minutes. When we did, we call the customer to explain and he was not happy. We apologized and came back to finish the project. We only charged him our standard fee of $170, even though it took more than 2 hours to do the job. Upon completion, he indicated he was happy with the work."

Nothing happened - took the money and ran

"We were hired as a consultant to provided her info on the types of storm window coverings she could use, depending upon the City of Galveston historic requirements. In addition, she wanted to have the home painted, which had lead-based paint, which required us to be lead-based paint certified, which we were not at the time. Since her job was almost 2 hours from our office, and the job would take multiple trips, could not make more than 2 trips for the small consulting fee. It turned out that we had to make 4 or so to meet with various contractors to investigate the project. She turned out to be completely unreasonable about the project and we parted ways. I told her, in the beginning, we would only charge $500 consulting fee to investigate her job and let her know her options. She just did not like her options and also wanted the consulting fee back. In May of 2013, we returned the fee, even though we had performed the consulting service and spent over 50 man hours on her job."
