Needed to encapsulate a crawl space on a new home. The owner was very knowledgeable about building science and prescribed a solution that was exactly what I needed. I cross referenced his proposal with several leading authorities online, and he was spot on. The operations staff were also excellent and did great work.

Olympic did a great job. They were very helpful and patient as our project took a long time (not because of Olympic - for other reasons). The price was very reasonable as well. Hopefully we won't ever have a need for mold remediation services again, but if we do, we will be sure to call them.

They were dynamite!

Darin showed up on time, assessed the situation, recommended a course of action, price half that of the other guy who came in to make an estimate.  Did the work exactly according to schedule.  Did this with minimum disruption.  House passed re-inspection and air quality testing.  Very knowledgeable and professional and I will use him again if the problem ever returns.  My highest possible recommendation.

The installers showed up on time and did the job very quickly.

Our experience was great.  We got a great deal, and were able to schedule the service the next day.  The workman was efficient and knowledgeable.  We would definitely use them again.

It went great.  When cutting into the bedroom wall, he heard bee's in the wall.  Turns out there was a hive that was getting in through the roof overhang.  He had to stop his work for a couple of days while I had someone come and remove them.
He came back promptly to complete the work after the bee remediation was done.

I set up an appointment, a half hour after the estimator was supposed to show up I called to see where he was, the woman I spoke to said she didnt know how to use google calendar and screwed up and entered my appointment in for July 2nd instead of July 30.  She said sorry but we cant get another estimator out there for another 2 weeks. She said she had a guy in the field but he wouldn't be able to come out until 8pm, I said send him I don't care what time it is, she then said well 8pm is too late...So because Olympic doesn't have a competent sheduler we are stuck with mold and they are out the couple of thousand we would have paid them to fix it.

I called and spoke to Darrin who made time in his schedule to come by three days after my first contact.  He arrived when he said he would he was very professional and explained in detail what work would be performed and said he would get an estimate to me by the next day.  That evening he emailed me a very detailed and thorough estimate.  The estimate came in $250 higher than another company and though I would have preferred to use Olympic Restoration due to the detailed explanation and estimate, I felt compelled to choose the other company as the owners of the condo above mine were paying out of pocket for the remediation and demolition.  I would recommend Darrin and while I hope to never have the need for the type of services he offers, I would not hesitate to contact him again if the need did arise.

Darrin is such an honest man!! When I hired another company to do an AC cleaning, a deal that I did not buy from Angie's list ( and regret for it!!) the guy started selling me others services and told me I had mold that needed to be treated in the air ducts, also presented me an extensive bill to fix the "problem" for me, and Having a 3 year old in the house I panicked to solve the problem; but decided to ask an expert's second opinion, that is when I come to Darrin with Olympic restoration systems. He came by on time ( and waited for me because I was late!!) and checked everything, advised me that he was not AC repair expert and came by just for the mold problem and after his inspection ... No mold found. In fact I did not had a mold problem in the AC line nor elsewhere!! Darrin was nice and professional and did not even charged a dime for coming by!!! I certainly recommend him and his company!!

The job was superbly done and the mess was meticulously cleaned up.  Darrin was very professional and explained everything well.  Since the wood frame was not affected by mold, Darrin did not need to use the encapsulation product as anticipated in the quote, therefore saved me about $83.  That is honesty and integrity, something difficult to find these days!  Although Darrin was hard to get hold of, the quality of service and his professionalism were worth the wait and patience!

Everything went well.  They came out to look at the project quickly and submitted a detailed bid.  The first available time to do the work was nearly 2 weeks later, they cancelled that appointment with very short notice, and could not reschedule it for another week, but I understand spring is a very busy time for A/C work and jobs do run over.  Fortunately the tenant in the house was patient and it was not too terrible hot.  Once they were there, they did a great job, finished quickly, and left everything neat and clean.

I was wanting to have some work done in kitchen and have tried to get in touch on telephone a number of times.  Leaving messages each time with call back numbers. 
Never received a return call.  Really wanted to use this provider based on reviews on here.  Hopefully others have better luck getting in touch with company.

I paid about half what another company wanted. They were very, very courteous. They were there when they said so they were prompt. They were very friendly. They seemed to be thorough although I don't know much about that kind of work.

I first discovered the idea of lining a crawl space about a year prior, from a website operated by "Clean Space Texas" (Olympic's previous name).  I contacted them via phone, and Darrin Saffell set up an appointment to come out and look at it.  He arrived on time for the appointment.  He spent a length of time explaining the process and the benefits, answering many of my detailed questions.  Then he whipped out a Tyvek suit and actually crawled under my house with a flashlight and a camera.  He spent about 20 minutes down there.
A week or so later, he emailed me a detailed bid, which several options and a surprisingly detailed map of my crawlspace.  He had identified the low spots and devised a drainage plan.
Due to high cost, and other construction, I called Darrin to let him know I was still very interested, but needed to put off the project.  He was kind and did not apply any pressure.
A year later, I called him and we agreed to keep the same price and commence work.  We set up a start date approximately 2 weeks later.  On that day, Darrin and his crew (2 workers) showed up exactly on time.
They started by removing a lot of debris left from years of neglect, repairs and construction (including abandoned cast iron and galvanized plumbing pipe, abandoned electrical wires, lumber scrap, concrete chuncks, etc.).  Then they dug a trench around the perimeter of the house and buried a perforated drain pipe.  Finally, they laid a liner on the floor, up the walls, and up the piers to seal off the space, and installed a sump pump (piped into a drain) and a dehumidifier.
Total job took 3 days, and Darrin kept in contact via phone and email the whole time.  They did not ask for payment until work began (down payment at start, full remainder upon completion).  The crew worked long, hard days, and cleaned up behind themselves each day upon completion.
Highly, highly recommend.
