Olympic Pools provides weekly cleaning/service of my spa/pool. They do a nice job, always on schedule, and leave a report at my door at the end of each service. All of this is done for a very good monthly price in comparison to others who quoted me.

Buying the spa was a great experience in general, we went to the store where they told us about the three brands they carry and we made the decision that was right for US. We shopped at other places but the sales people were very pushy. We also signed on for weekly cleaning for our swimming pool. Jose is our cleaner and does a great job, I get great quality service and do not have to pay an arm and a leg. Overall just a great company.

Wonderfully. I have used several pool companies over the years and have found it is EXTREMELY difficult to find a reliable pool service provider. I have only GREAT things to say about this company. They get the job done and our pools always look great. I find this company to be professional, honest, reliable and most of all a vendor that does the job they were hired to do. Our pools look sparkly and blue. This company is a keeper!

We were in need of a pool cleaning service and contacted Olympic about 4 -5 months ago. Our pool was cloudy and green . We have cleaned our pool ourselves in the past but have a busy work schedule. The pool remained green and cloudy. They never achieved a satisfactory level of water clarity. We have a new filter and new Polaris vacuum system. Finally, I actually encountered them at ny home one day after leaving work early and comfronted them about why the pool has remained dirty. One of the two workers immediately stopped what he was doing and went in the truck. The other man, apparently in charge, became defensive and argumentative. He blamed my filter even after I told him it was only 2 years old. He said I needed a new filter anyways. I asked him why he never contacted me about this, he had no legitimate response. He said he cleaned many pools and didn't have time to do what he considered extra work on my pool. Since then, I bought some pool cleaning supplies and with 24 hours my water was 100% clearer. The company has decided to bill us for the full amount anyways!

"[Member name removed], In response to your allegations, you were never on a regular cleaning schedule with us because the paper work was never signed and this is what you and your wife opted for with us. With investigations, we found your pool was rapidly losing water and because of this the pool was never able to be fully cleaned until the leak was repaired. We did a lot of cleaning for FREE and dispensed a lot of chemicals at NO COST to you to help you and your wife out with costs. Our leak detection technician had to make several trips out to your home because of the pool being too dirty. Again, you were not on our regular weekly service. In the end, we had to tell your wife we could not help any more. There was a lot of work that still needed to be done, but we could not move forward with anything else."

Their service is excellent if you get Randall. Randall is amazingly responsive and will come late at night if you have a problem. The pool is kept to perfection and Randall goes well beyond the call of duty. Fair company with great service.

We had went out of town and told Olympic when we would be gone as we wanted our pool filter changed and the pool kept clean while we were gone. They normally service it weekly and we pay them monthly. When we got home, we found our pool was filthy and the water and the filter had been turned off. I called them to let them know I was upset and he eventually admitted that the servicemen did not do their job and then he turned around and billed me for the service they didn't provide.

Jason Watson was the first rep from Olympic to help us. He is wonderful, and we went with this company because of him. He took care of the electrical problem in the control box, found a solution for a broken spa light, and told us how to get another electrical repair done that his company couldn't handle. This company was hired in March and fired in June. We had to repeatedly call to find out when work would be done. The tile was replaced upside down and backwards and had to be redone. The coping stones had to be reset twice. After replastering, they balanced the chemicals, told us not to do anything, then they let the pool turn green for a week, then told us to start adding chemicals to fix it. They charged the balance due for the job to our credit card without our permission or knowledge and without finishing the job. This was later adjusted. We never could get them to come replace the caulking or return any of our phone calls or show up when they said they would.
