People slow down and stop in front of my house looking at my yard.  That pretty much sums it up.  I'm impressed...and the neighbors are too. J. C. Perez definitely has a designer's eye.  This man is going places!

Owing to some family misfortune and my constantly adding unplanned work, the job took longer than first thought, but given the outcome, the extra time was no problem.

As for value, J.C.'s price was a few hundred dollars higher than the next best bid I received.  Yet, for the extra money I got the flagstone planters, gutter work, debris removed from the roof, river stone, gate adjusted, and personal attention like you wouldn't believe.  If it wasn't up to J.C.'s standards the work was redone.  It's nice to meet someone else who strives for excellence.     

Here's something else.  J. C. has actually stopped by several times SINCE the job's completion just to insure everything is up to par.  In one case he found a plant with fungus and replaced it.  On another visit he made a slight adjustment to the watering system and replaced a sick plant. The man is fussy...and conscientious. He picked up on small problems I'd not noticed.  I'm grateful for the added attention, something you rarely find these days.  Usually, it's a case of, "Thanks for the cash and bye!" 

If you want "Next Day Delivery," you might want to look elsewhere.  J. C. is prompt, but careful.  He does not so "slapdash" in-and-out work.  You get what you pay for.  When all is said and done, like I said, I'm impressed and so are my neighbors. 

They were fine. They were prompt and they finished it in a timely manner. Their price is also reasonable.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. J.C. and crew have done an exceptional job of turning a fairly ho-hum yard into something that neighbors have noticed. I couldn't recommend more highly. The best and most reliable I have found in this region.

Oak Leaf Landscaping is quite good, we have been very lucky. We work with JC Perez. He gave us an estimate based on the size of the yard and what we wanted done. He is awesome. He is going to be an A+ in every category. He is going to be out mowing for us all the time once we are down there on a full time basis.
